[ESP/ENG] Iniciativa: Mis Consejos para Iniciar en HIVE

Hola amigos, quiero comenzar esta semana participando en la iniciativa Mis Consejos para Iniciar en HIVE, organizada por los amigos de @rutablockchain. Puedo decir que es la mejor iniciativa en la plataforma ya que cada vez son más las personas que se unen y que se quieren unir, pero no tienen los conocimientos básicos para iniciar. Puedo decir que la gran mayoría de los usuarios obtuvieron ayuda al ingresar a #Hive, yo me incluyo, ahora llego el momento de ayudar a otras personas a que puedan desenvolverse y por ende crecer en la plataforma.
Hello friends, I want to start this week by participating in the My Tips to Start HIVE initiative, organized by the friends of @rutablockchain. I can say that it is the best initiative on the platform since more and more people join and want to join, but do not have the basic knowledge to start. I can say that the vast majority of users got help by entering #Hive, myself included, now is the time to help other people so that they can develop and therefore grow on the platform.

Hive cuenta con una gran cantidad y variedad de comunidades para el gusto de cada quien. Es necesario visitar cada una de ellas o las que llamen tu atención y leer cual es el contenido y las reglas para evitar ser silenciados. Contar con muchas comunidades es favorable ya que podemos crear contenido muy variado, desde cosas muy simples hasta las más complejas.
Hive has a large number and variety of communities for everyone's taste. It is necessary to visit each of them or those that catch your attention and read what the content and rules are to avoid being silenced. Having many communities is favorable since we can create very varied content, from very simple things to the most complex.

Contenido original.

Original content.

Para que nuestras publicaciones sean valoradas es muy importante que el contenido será original, es decir nada de plagio. En cada comunidad hay usuarios que se encargan de verificar si el contenido es copiado de google, un libro, etc., de ser esto positivo, corres el riesgo de ser silenciado lo cual es perjudicial ya que todo lo que subas en esa comunidad, no será recompensado. Pongamos nuestra mente a trabajar e innovemos a la hora crear contenido para que se sumen recompensas.
For our publications to be valued, it is very important that the content is original, that is, without plagiarism. In each community there are users who are in charge of verifying if the content is copied from google, from a book, etc., if this is positive you run the risk of being silenced. This is detrimental as all your posts in the community will not be rewarded. Let's get to work and innovate when creating content so that more rewards are added.

Revisar publicaciones de otros usuarios es de mucha ayuda ya que nos da una idea de cómo crearemos nuestro contenido. Dejar comentarios siempre será un punto positivo, valoramos el esfuerzo del usuario, nos damos a conocer y al mismo tiempo forjamos nuevas amistades. En mi caso yo dejo muchos comentarios en la comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, las recetas que nos muestras son muy buenas y muchas veces comparto y las preparo en casa.
Reviewing posts from other users is very helpful as it gives us an idea of how we will create our content. Leaving comments will always be a positive point, we value the effort of the user, we make ourselves known and at the same time forge new friendships. In my case, I leave many comments in the Foodies Bee Hive community, the recipes you show us are very good and many times I share and prepare them at home.

Discord es una aplicación que nos permite interactuar con otros usuarios y compartir nuestras publicaciones para que más personas puedan verla. A mi encanta porque he logrado forjar nuevas amistades e incluso también podemos aclarar nuestras dudas, siempre hay usuarios activos pendientes de dar un saludo, de informar sobre algún cambio, es decir una información relevante.
Discord is an application that allows us to interact with other users and share our posts so that more people can see it. I love it because I have managed to forge new friendships and we can even clarify our doubts, there are always active users waiting to give a greeting, to report any changes, that is, relevant information.

Hoy en día existen muchas guías para hacer más atractivas nuestras publicaciones, por ejemplo: como justificar, centrar, negrita, cursiva, viñetas, fuentes de las imágenes, como hacer cuadros, como poner las letras más grandes, etc., todo esto juntado a un contenido original, no solo te permitirá crecer, sino que también generar buenas recompensas.
