Pineapple is a highly prized tropical fruit for its exquisite flavor and delicate aroma. This citric fruit has great nutritional potential, as well as great properties that can be applied as part of therapeutic processes.

When they removed the wisdom teeth, the doctor sent me to drink pineapple juice, which was strange to me, I started to investigate and discovered that pineapple reduces inflammation and helps the healing process to be faster. I love pineapple, preferably in pieces and in cakes, too rich, but also used to prepare smoothies, jams, cocktails, salads, yogurt, ice cream, etc.
