Cuál es mi Edad Subjetiva y Cómo me Siento hoy

Saludos amigos de Hive y de @holos-lotus, hoy nuevamente voy a participar en la iniciativa promocionada por la amiga @lilianajimenez, siempre me encantan, el tema es: ¿Cuál es tu edad subjetiva? ¿De qué edad te sientes?
Sin duda un buen comienzo para esta semana con este tema, además de los achaques de salud y tendencia genética de enfermedades.

Descifrar esa edad subjetiva nos hace pasar por esos achaques que todos sentimos. Tengo una edad cronológica de 64 años y si me pongo a compararme con otras personas de mi edad estoy relativamente bastante bien. Una ventaja, estoy activa todavía y trabajando. Siempre tengo una buena actitud y eso ayuda mucho a tomar las cosas con calma y buscar soluciones.

Deciphering that subjective age makes us go through those ailments that we all feel. I have a chronological age of 64 years old and if I compare myself with other people my age I am relatively well off. An advantage, I am still active and working. Yo deje de pintarme el cabello sugerencia de mi peluquera, así que asumí un poco de mi edad. Yo me siento bien con lo que tengo y puedo aportar. Si sacara mi edad subjetiva creo que estaría por los 50 aproximadamente, osea ya soy bastante mayor pero muy activa físicamente, trabajo, limpio mi hogar, arreglo mi jardín, cocino y lavo, sin duda alguna me siento estupendo con algunos achaques de alergias que controlo con medicinas. Tomo mis vitaminas y me alimento muy balanceado.

I stopped dyeing my hair at the suggestion of my hairdresser, so I assumed my age a little. I feel good with what I have and can contribute. Viaje hace poco a Europa y sola algo que sentí mucho temor pero me anime hacerlo, mis hijos me esperaban del otro lado. Una emoción muy grande que me hacia falta sin duda alguna. Me sentí joven y fuerte al hacerlo.

I recently traveled to Europe and I was alone, something I was very afraid of but I was encouraged to do it, my children were waiting for me on the other side. A very great emotion that I was missing without a doubt. I felt young and strong doing it.
