A DCity Update

I'm still hanging in there, believe it or not. I managed to meet my goals this past week too. I accumulated SIM, and then bought some weed farms. The payback on the farms was about 70 days; weed farms also accumulate the WEED token...so it was a purchase I was happy to make earlier today. Passive income...have I mentioned how much I love passive income before??

Let's first take a look at those taxes...

I added a 7-day moving average to trend my #Dcity simulation's tax rate...and it's a bit over 85%, Fun!

Now for the good news from last week's simulation:

• +3 Gamer cards from running a Splinterlands fest
• +4 Worker cards trained

My earning chart shows not a whole lot of change. If (when) taxes begin to go back down at some point in the chart, I'm hoping to get back to about $5USD / day in earnings. My simulations valuation now looks as such:

As I've mentioned before, I'm still HODLing. I do hope this game gets back to where it was at, and I'm investing accordingly. I'd love to get my SIM valuation to 2.000,000 million in the next 12 months or so. We'll see...it's a lofty goal.

From a short term standpoint, next week's goals include :

• HODLing my cards
• Accumulating SIM daily
• Investing in weed farms again next Saturday

Why am I targeting Weed Farms? I like the a) SIM payback and b) the generation of WEED tokens daily. With some luck, I'll be able to hold my first Weed Festival soon! A Demiurge has to do what a Demiurge has to do...
