Most authorities on the matter would agree, our advanced way of life is working on neural pathways and making us more slow, denser, and less fit for unique idea. Hyperconnectivity is progressively negatively affecting our brains. Eventually, we end up less useful and inadequate.

Well with regards to our general wellbeing, we do not generally contemplate on sustaining our minds at the exact manner in which we do feed our bodies. However, if we want to be the most useful self, we really want to accomplish a greater amount of what do further develop the wellbeing of our mind, and less of what causes intellectual decrease. Start by changing your day by day habits and staying away from these normal current habits — your brain will much obliged. , Having various Physical inactivity do come with some specific problems which consist of health problems like having heart disease , having depression , experiencing obesity,, experiencing dementia or even cancer too..

Many individuals are so ignorant of having some basic movement activities that can help to slow cognitive decline .,We also need to stay away from too much multi-tasking , trying to do everything at the same time will only cause problems for your productivity. And It turns out to also become a habit that do rewire the brain and it will make the person to feel less effective...

Another thing to avoid is an Information overload , An information overload tend to cause an unnecessary kind of over-stimulation of the brain..imagine having too much volume of emails to attend to ,various social updates to attend to , and you get so much notifications which is overwhelming both physically and mentally..

When information overload is not controlled and managed well it will cause so much stress on your brain and you as a whole..

We should also be careful with our screen time , screen time means how much time you spend using your phone, watching TV, making use of the computers, playing video games etc.. spending too much time on those screens can have a negative impact on our mental well-being..sadly many People now ignore the importance of physical interactions with others simply because they have allowed technology to take over the way they interact with others.. physical interactions are still very important and we should never stop embracing it..

It is a fact that when a person lacks personal interaction it often limits their brain's opportunities to be able to really have better connections and when that occurs it could lead to some mental conditions like depression and loneliness too..

So you should engage more in personal interactions and be able to have physical conversations with people that are very important to you and your well-being..

You need to take very good care of your mental health and so everything should be done to make sure that you are safe mentally and be able to fulfil your purpose in life..
