Rhinoceros. Digital sketch

(Edited)

Today I was able to practice my drawing skills a little more.
After sketching a fictional wild cat, I stumbled upon a rhinoceros photo reference and decided to depict it.

I utilized the autodesk sketchbook app and my smartphone screen for this drawing.
First, I created the outlines as the initial layer, which looked like this.

Then, I added a layer for the shadows, carefully marking all the areas that required shading.
Finally, I duplicated the shadow layer and used the eraser tool to add smudges and smears to create a more realistic effect.

Later on, I merged these layers into one. As a separate layer, I added the main color of the animal.

Afterwards, I copied the first layer with the outlines and used an eraser to remove any unnecessary lines that went beyond the contours of the animal. The final drawing looked like this.

You can check out the process of creating the drawing by following the links below.

Thank you for your attention. Wishing you peace!

For a long time I have thought that it is impossible for a digital drawing to have as much movement and feeling as this drawing, it is beautiful, I love how loose and free your brushstrokes were
