Hello guys, good to be back again with this week prompt on 'Reachout and Humanitarian Service'. First of all I will like to appreciate this community admins and moderators for always trying to encourage conversation around Caring and Love as a basic principle and of cause Humanity which coincide with this week's prompt 'Humanitarian Service and Reachout', I will also give a big kudos to the the great minds that always work in other to come up with the weekly prompts, your efforts are much appreciated and also to you the passionate readers who always take your time to read and go through this post, your efforts will be reciprocated.

Back to this week prompt about Reachout and Humanitarian Service, talking about Humanitarian Service to me is an act of showing love, demonstrating a selfless care towards people you don't know and also those you know as well, it is an act of showing compassion towards others regardless of your own challenges and sharing with them what you have whether little or much. Reachout and Humanitarian Service programs helps alot in improving and giving value to our society alot.

I find this prompt very important and interesting because it is something I personally love to get engaged in, especially when I know I can put a smile on somebody's face with the little I have, because when I see the genuine smile, hopeful eyes and sincere gratitude from those I extend a helping hand to, it always motivates me to do more. Reachout and Humanitarian Service can be viewed as one of the greatest pillars of support and caring in the society because it makes us go beyond our boundaries to see the reality of things with our own eyes and offering assistance as much as we can.

I remember we went for a Reachout at a community in Jos city, plateau state creating awareness and helping them understand the need for curbing and reducing disaster risk with the theme 'Empowering the Next Generation for a Resilient Future' and they were very happy with us and danced to the music we were playing, gave us listening ears and after everything we gave them some gifts to help them in their daily life activities and they appreciated us alot with smiles on their faces

Reachouts and Humanitarian Services being rendered goes a long way in people's life helping them build their character, having the sense of self worth and self importance as well as giving them purpose. The willingness to share with others what we have whether in abundance or little shows the genuine power of reachouts.

I ask and implore you reading this post to partake no matter how little it is and contribute to reachouts and humanitarian service in other to spread kindness, love and caring because the little efforts you give out today willingly might someday reap you a greater reward.
