No need for criminalisation of ...
Greetings!

Everybody wants his or her privacy and for this reason, this fact must be strictly adhered to so as not to violate the rules and regulations guiding the private life. Not everyone likes to be captured in public space and now seeing themselves in a picture or video without prior notice can be somehow disturbing and offensive.
Having said this, I would like to delve into the topic of the prompt right before me which is all about, “your face alone.”
According to the content of the topic, it would be wrong to capture one's picture without the consent of the fellow, but even at that, when the originality of a content is needed, I think there's nothing we can do to avoid the situation knowing fully well that for someone who is making a content to make it original, such a person need a random video or picture which can only be captured on a random basis.
We have seen the situation that taking a personal picture which is not meant for content creation would even capture passersby. To me it would be kind of difficult to make such a law work in our land and this is because no one content creator would even know who doesn't like him or herself to be captured in a public video or picture. If such a person could be known, then it would be easy to go and inform the person to leave the scene where the picture is to be taken.
As for me, if by mistake I was being captured in an unknown video by a stranger, I would not have any issue with that stranger knowing fully well that it's a random photo which he or she has no power to determine who or not should be captured in the video or photo.
So. Per adventure I found myself in the video, I would just overlook it and move on as such is life to me.
On so many occasions I have found myself in such a photo which was captured in the public space and I have never taken any offence seeing myself in such an uniformed photo or video.
So, such a set up should not in any way be criminalized and this is because it is beyond the power of those who are trying to make their content look original. To me, the only thing that can be done instead of criminalizing it is to look for a picture of a video village where people with such a mind of creating original content can take a picture without capturing such a picture where no one who is not interested in being captured would not be present.
In conclusion, it would be kind of unfair to criminalize such a scenario whereby one who is not ready or willing to be captured is being captured by another who wants to make his or her content original.

I think educating people about respecting others is a better solution than creating strict laws. Well written!
