I'm so happy that after the festive break, this series is set to kick off again. The show would continue it's pattern of releasing new episodes every Thursday, with the only inclusion of audio only episodes.
"5 hive questions with samostically" is a show that hosts experienced and known users of this platform. Below is a summary of what the initiative is all about.

Also known as @whatamidoing on the Blockchain, He is the founder of the Crossculture Community, a community which welcomes you to share your world with the rest of the world.
What many might not know is that he is a great leader and am saying this because he doesn't have much time, yet the community thrives.
Pior to the Recording of this video, I was worried he wouldn't have time for me or my questions. However, he was available and despite my connections and other issues, he still made this happen.
I enjoyed talking to him as among many things, he is very funny and interesting to listen to.
According to him, It is his first interview ever and I'm glad it's on the Hive Blockchain!

I agree with the quotation, it'll be a total downer if ones concept of onboarding hive is just money, that's not a healthy approach.
I have seen the power of friendship and collaboration and thats all one needs to earn and enjoy.... If the $$ come then yippe!

I think a lot of people say "don't think about the rewards". I never go that far, because it can be life changing for some people and so naturally we care . But this is a place where you can earn and connect from doing the things you love so the focus should be on whatever that is and how to make it work. 🐸

Really nice getting to know @selfhelp4trolls a little more. I've always found him interesting. Watching this video made him a lot more interesting.
Learning languages is really hard and it's a lot harder when you try to learn them outside an environment where everyone speaks them. I know this because French has been a hassle for me.
It would be really cool if you could get @tarazkp on your show. He's another awesome Hiver that I would love to get to know a little more through your videos. @acesontop doesn't consider himself a big shot over here but he's a pretty interesting guy too. And if you get @trumpman here I might just marry you 🤣

I really enjoyed watching this episode and his smile @selfhelp4trolls always makes me happy.
I think with newbies one thing I always tell them is not to think about the money but treat give as an outlet to come to and pour your heart, I feel like when you start doing that, you will always have a reason to come back.
Also, kudos @samostically you are doing amazing.
The money is great, but its never enough to keep people here long term and it shouldn't be. There is so many other reasons to stay and if people can't see them, they are missing out.

I was fighting against autovotes a lot before I realized there isn't much you can do besides create a more rigid ecosystem or try to encourage real interaction as much as possible which we've done pretty well, at least it's getting better and better instead of worse long term.
