All out of love!!!

And that's a wrap on week 2 of the Dreemport - Ecency Challenge...

Last week the focus was on writing and connecting... dreemers meeting ecencians or ecencials lol and earning Ecency points with their partners, in my case @penderis, through joint consistent daily use of the Ecency platform.

This week the emphasis has been on coming together with another duo to expand the family, double the fun and the love, and use those Ecency points to shower love on others around us on the blockchain, viz: teem members, newbies, communities, and friends.

@penderis and myself are the week 1 partnership of 'A writer 'nd a half...'

Julia combined the concepts from our two banners from week 1 into a new teem banner for week 2... you can see it at the bottom of this post!

We had such fun... tons of laughs and collaboration. Love them all!

To start the week, Monday we were to get into our new groups and decide amongst us who would boost who within our teem. We agreed that Pen would boost Julia, Julia would boost me. I would boost Ismaheel and Ismaheel would then boost Pen. It was all going swimmingly well until Dreems decided to jump in and nick my boost for @mcyusuf.snail !!! She has apologised and is forgiven hehe

So... I went off and boosted @kenechukwu97 instead (Dreems' suggestion).
Liverpool's Pre-season Tour. Kene is a big Liverpool fan and was excited at the prospect of a mouthwatering pre-season friendly against Manchester United. The 'Pool lost 4-0. Being a Manchester United fan, I had to boost his post!!! hahaha

I have been waiting patiently for @mcyusuf to tag me to come and boost his next post... but the second post he made... he didn't tag me and it got boosted by somebody else too!

Just to show there were no hard feelings... and because I have a lot of love for our Capt. Dreemie - Ms. Dreemsteem, I boosted her post Screams of Terror: My new alarm clock?!.

Day 2's task was to boost a newbie... I managed to find two newbies that I wanted to boost:

@jamaliah.jee who had been on Hive all of 3 days. I found her introductory post fascinating. She has such varied interests and also survived the 2004 Indonesian Tsunami. I also pimped her post at PYPT on Thursday so I hope she received a bit more love from that too. Here is her post if you'd like to go drop her a visit My presentation on platform Hive.

I also boosted another newbie, @hannes-stoffel who has been on Hive for 6 weeks and is already deep diving and learning as much as he can about the inner workings of Hive and how to navigate it, and then sharing his newfound knowledge with other Hivers through his post 6 weeks on Hive.

Wednesday was all about each teem selecting a single community to focus their love onto and then each boosting a post in that chosen community. Our teem chose the #thoughfuldailypost community run by @wesphilbin.

After some searching for one that was within its 24-hour posting time, not already boosted, and which I felt an affinity with, I managed to find this post written by @shadowspub:

No matter what the issue or discussion or circumstance... so important for people to step back and away from projecting their own experiences and thoughts and instead listen, acknowledge, and respect the views of others in how they manage their own time and space.

Thursday was about boosting an old friend... I looked at a few posts but they were either too old or had already been boosted...sigh.... and then I got too tired so I left it to come back to today... I looked back at my boosts and realised that right before the Dreemport-Ecency Challenge started, I had actually boosted one of my oldest friends on Hive, @alekst7 so I felt that I had that element covered but just to make sure, I have just boosted @juliamulcahy 's post Dreemers leading with generosity about her week on Hive enjoying week 2 of the Challenge alongside the rest of us. Now Julia is a new friend, but doesn't it count when I feel like I have known her forever?😂❣️

I still have points left to spend... I have waited in vain for @mcyusuf ... and I have asked @penderis to tag me when he posts today.... his answer ...
