  1. I have taken two brinjals here and cut the brinjals very nicely round and then washed them you must also cut these brinjals and wash them well.

  1. Then you will keep all the spices that are needed to cook the eggplants, I have taken turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, cumin powder, etc. in a bowl, you can use more spices if you want.

  1. Then marinate the brinjals nicely with all the maal masalas and leave them for five to ten minutes so that all the maal masalas go inside the brinjal.

  1. Then we take a stone on which we will fry the brinjals on that stone we have oiled according to our quantity, you will give enough oil so that your brinjals are fried very nicely. When your oils are hot, you will place the eggplants one at a time. After placing them, you can cover them with a lid. I did not cover them here. When one side turns red, flip it, then when it turns red on the other side, press lightly with a stick so that the brinjal is cooked well.
