Is it normal to feel frustrated?

It is difficult to think that frustration is not present in us while we are alive, which is why I think it is normal to be frustrated from time to time, it is something emotional and sentimental to feel frustration, so it is convenient to be able to manage it in favor of our interests.

Who in life has not set goals?

Everyone at some point wants to fulfill his or her dream, so we set goals, but what happens if those goals cannot be met?

Many of us when things do not happen as expected, or as we have previously hoped, then we get frustrated because we think that this was the only attempt available.

There is an erroneous philosophy of thinking that if things do not happen as we have thought, then we think we have failed and we get frustrated, many of those who read me know that I have repeated on several occasions that mistakes and failures should be seen as motivating sources of learning, if we fail in the first attempt we should not feel frustrated, on the contrary we should make an internal review and look for the failures that will later be corrected to continue trying.

If we fail for the second or third time, even if we are thinking that there have been many failures, under these circumstances we should not get frustrated, how many times should we keep trying?

I cannot give you a number, because there is no number that reflects the capacity of endurance and struggle that any of us can develop.

Now if frustration comes into our lives as that powerful entity that motivates us to continue, because if we can not stand another defeat, then we know that we must prepare ourselves better, and if we continue to fail it does not matter, it is better to be good with ourselves that things did not happen because of other factors, and not because of the fact that in the future we will blame ourselves for not achieving something for not trying, and in our conscience will be that peace of mind of having tried infinite times.

We can conclude that, if it is normal to feel frustrated, what is normal is that we let that frustration limit us and inhibit us to achieve great things, we must make frustration motivate us to work hard and constantly, not to faint and to continue fighting in our personal and collective.
