I hope you are very well, I had been absent this week because I was sick and at home I had no internet service, but today I come with great desire to write this article because I know that many of this community have gone through a situation of fear or perhaps we have overcome that fear that does not allow us to move forward many times and well I have to tell you, to be afraid is something normal among human beings, to be afraid of something completely unknown scares us, fills us with nerves and doubts because we are in our comfort zone and we think we are fine, but believe me we can not stay trapped in the same situation we need to continue to evolve but believe me if you are out there we would become totally different people. Or how do you think that successful people like the creator of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg to give an example was not afraid that even branded him as crazy, but he followed his instincts and overcame his own fears and now he is a really successful and super powerful person.
¿Qué puedes hacer para vencer el miedo?// What you can do to overcome fear?
El primer paso es aceptar de que tienes miedo. Las acusas de miedo están muy ligadas a tus experiencias personales, por eso debes analizar tus temores remontándote a tus primeros años de vida excatamente en tu niñez. Muchos padres sobreprótectores hacen sentir a sus hijos que no pueden valerse por sí mismos y esa sensación queda grabada en tu subconcientes, por eso debes probar fuerzas y hacer cosas que te reten, que te saquen de tu zona de protección.
The first step is to accept that you are afraid. Many overprotective parents make their children feel that they can not fend for themselves and that feeling is engraved in your subconscious, so you must try forces and do things that hold you back, that take you out of your protection zone.
DILE NO A LA MONOTOMÍA// SAY NO TO MONOTOMY
Hacer todos los días lo mismo nos limita a conocer otras dimensiones, esclavizándonos. Un ejemplo de ello cuando visitamos un restaurant y siempre pedimos el mismo platillo aunque tenga más infinidad de opciones siempre vamos con el mismo estamos limitando nuestra vida por temor al cambio. Atrévete todos los dias a conocer a explorar todo lo que quieras.
Doing the same thing every day limits us to know other dimensions, enslaving us. An example of this is when we visit a restaurant and we always order the same dish even if it has more infinite options we always go with the same **we are limiting our life for fear of change**. NO SEAS TAN LÓGICO// DON'T BE SO LOGICAL
Muchas veces la razón y la lógica están impulsadas por nosotros mismos para no enfretarnos a nuestros verdaderos sentimientos. Mucha veces no nos gusta el trabajo que tenemos, pero este nos permite cubrir nuestras necesidades y continuamos sinténdonos frustado porque creemos que no podemos sobrevivir sin ese sueldo, pues te equivocas tú puedes emprender y ser muy exitoso solo propontelo y atrévete a soñar con un futuro mejor.
Many times reason and logic are driven by ourselves not to face our true feelings. Many times we do not like the job we have, but it allows us to cover our needs and we continue to feel frustrated because we believe that we can not survive without that salary, well you are wrong you can undertake and be very successful just propose it and dare to dream of a better future.
SÉ POSITIVA// BE POSITIVE
Ahora en adelante cuando te levantes en las mañanas mirate al espejo y proponte a cambiar los "NO" por sí. Si en tu trabajo acostumbras decir "Yo no sé" ahora en adelante dí ¿Cómo puedo hacerlo? verás que te irá muy bien y te respetaran.
From now on, when you get up in the morning, look at yourself in the mirror and propose to change the "NO" for yes. If in your job you are used to say "I don't know" now say "How can I do it? you will see that you will do very well and you will be respected.
