Success is an age-old term that is the result when vision, hardwork and excellence are intertwined.

As I usually say, Success is the right investment of one's personality, it's looking out for a need and meeting it.
It has so much to do with who you are, what your purpose in life is, compared to what you actually accomplish in life.

In the past when women were treated as the weaker vessels (though still are in some cultures), always took a back seat to men and were assigned the sole role of domestic activities, they didn't have a voice and couldn't follow their dreams but for decades now, due to societal development, that has changed.

We have seen a lot of amazing women around the world come up from obscurity to stardom, attain several leadership roles in society and become successful in various fields like education, sports, the financial world and others.

Though people look at number of parameters to ascertain if a woman is successful or not, but some divine principles are yardsticks that measure this accurately.

• A successful woman is one who is fulling divine purpose. She's one who knows her mission on earth and devotes her life and resources into fulfilling that purpose. She is one who creates a positive impact in the lives of others with the investment of her personality. She invests in people. She's committed to helping others succeed.

• Vision
  She has insight into things, is able to identify a problem or a need and envisions solutions for it. She is a problem solver.

• Passion & Persistence
  She is one who is driven by a strong determination to accomplish something of value.
  She sets her mind on the goal and doesn't look back. She's willing to direct her energies into the right ventures. She's passionate about her goals and persistent in the pursuit of purpose.

• Action
  She steps out snd takes actions in line with her vision and produces results. No, she doesn't take no for an answer,. No, she doesn't come back with excuses. She takes the bull by the horn and tames the hungry lion.
  She's a person of Worth, she's a person of love. .

Above all, she is a one loves God and desires to do the things that bring joy to the hearts of those she cares about. As the Bible says in the book of Proverbs 31vs 30
"Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: But a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised."

This is a woman worth celebrating. These are the traits of a successful woman.
