Surfing @ Siargao finally ✅
As I've mentioned on my last post, last week I finally get to check one of my bucketlist this year. I, along with my colleagues traveled to Siargao. I don't know what to blog first but since I can't wait to tell you about it, I think it's just right to start it with my surfing experience! Yessss! I finally did it.
I actually thought that I'd never get the chance to actually try surfing. It's been on my to do list for more than ten years already! Imagine that? And when we decided to visit Siargao this year, I told myself that I really should try surfing. And I did it! I can't help but to be proud of myself. I did it on the first attempt, I stood up and rode the waves. I even make my instructor proud when I finally did the execution we practiced on the land as he instructed me how to do it.
Prior to this, we were actually planning to try Philmar Abatayo's Surfing lesson with his surfers but since Jacking Horse beside cloud nine offers us a much cheaper lesson for Php 500/HR instead of the 600 pesos, we grabbed the opportunity. The only sad thing about it though is the rainy and gloomy weather but other than that the whole surfing experience was superb that I wanted to go back really soon to experience it again. I also pay someone to take my pictures since my friends were all so busy with the surfing lesson too.
This is a must-try in Siargao, that's why if you're planning to go there never miss the opportunity and go try surfing! I have videos too which I posted on my IG reels so make sure to follow me there if you wanna see it.
We all had fun and it was a very memorable experience for all of us. Some of my friends managed to learn how to ride and surf and few of them didn't make it since it was too hard for them to stand up on the board. It was a beautiful experience that I will forever remember.

Good to see that you've accomplished one of your bucket list this year and I'm sure you had fun doing it..I haven't actually tried swimming talk more of surfing before. I have this phobia for large water. But it won't be a bad idea if I give it a try though.

I also have surfing among my plans, it seems to me that it must be a great feeling to be on the sea, I am sure that I would fall many times before being able to achieve it, but without a doubt it must be a great experience, congratulations, regards
