I agree with you, RE3 also disappointed me, for me the remake feels like an incomplete experience compared to the original despite having better controls and improved graphics.

Yes, game 3 and 4 are my favourites and I was too disappointed with this remake, they have made (if I'm not wrong) remakes based on the original much better than capcom's and that's saying a lot
