A blank piece of paper stares at me
wishing for words
that can truly change
the dark in you and me
lightening the shadowy streets
removing the filth that lies hidden underneath
the ego's, the vanities and the anger
the falsehood and the pretense
Life would be meaningful
if my words could feed a mouth or two
hunger is a feeling
that can defeat philosophy too
Times have changed
and the human population has learned a lesson or two
'survival of the fittest'
is becoming meaningful too

Malnutrition, hunger, lack of basic amenities - all these are scarce in some communities, and let us use the crypto - Hive to empower our fellow humans.

What good deed did you do this week?

I donated my giveaway from Neoxian server to another user who would like to save money to buy a laptop. - Nothing much on my part but I am glad I did.

Today I read in the newspaper about a college Principal who took the initiative to buy Tabs for those students who did not even have a proper mobile phone so that they could study without any hurdle. She decided to conduct her child's wedding in a simple manner and instead used the money to contribute to education. Inspired by her kind act, others also came forward and contributed toward the cause.
