Hail to the Hive!

I’m busy ( well I use the term ‘busy’ very loosely) making plans for the next few months after we return from Jamaica 🇯🇲. It’s nice to have a bit of direction and a vision, or plan if you like, for where you’re heading even if only in the short term.

Sometimes in life we are so immersed in the daily routine or with problems, work, bills and dramas that we can’t see a way out. So buried in it all that we have no view of the life horizon of where we could possibly be headed. Just like these still shots from one of my YouTube videos from Tokyo, when down amongst the crowds and surrounded by the immensity of it all you can lose vision of where you are headed. It can get confusing.

Given a good vantage point, or in life being able to take time to remove yourself from the merry go round and pause for thought, your perspective can change immensely. Gives you a window into other possibilities or directions you could head in.

Thing, people and places you hadn’t previously thought of because you were unable to visualise them suddenly become apparent. This may be by reconnecting with someone or having the time to do an activity you had previously not had time to do. These things can reawaken ideas and possibilities enabling you to ‘see’ another way. Life horizons I like to think of them as.

Some will dismiss your life horizons as dreams but if you can see them and they are real then they are attainable. You just need to see the pathway and having a good vantage point in your mind can help with that. Taking time out can make things clear in many ways.

This seems to be where my head has been at. Having had the chance to really take a protracted time out has enabled me to not have to rush in any direction in life right now and scan the horizon.

My only problem now is that having scanned my life horizons I can see some interesting options. Hmmmm this could be an interesting year indeed.

I bloody well hope so anyway!
