Oh Non - Cette fleur là
Oh Non is a French quintet from Paris. Since 2022, they have performed at clubs in Paris and at various European festivals. To date, they have released two EPs and several singles.
Their music is experimental and theatrical, with elements of cabaret. The lyrics are in French and are full of humor, social satire, and entertaining scenes.
They describe their sound as “dada-punk,” a mix of post-punk, surf rock, synth-punk, bossa nova, and classic French chanson.
Their live performances are intense, burlesque, vulnerable, nonchalant, and sometimes naughty.
The song “Cette fleur là” is from their second EP, Dans le Salon, which was released in April of this year.

Excellent post! I didn't know this Parisian band, but their theatrical style looks very interesting.
A young band from the Paris suburbs. I didn't know them either until I saw them.
Dada punk meets bossa nova? That's a weird mix. The performance really brings out the theatrical, cabaret style. Are there any other Dans le Salon singles you’d recommend I listen to first?
Here's the complete EP, you can quickly check https://ohnon.bandcamp.com/album/dans-le-salon
Thanks. I’m going to Bandcamp right now. There’s nothing like hearing the whole project, instead of picking out singles.
They're definitely an interesting band; they have a pretty unique style, and I'd like to hear more of their music.
