At The Top of My Voice ๐Ÿ”Š๐Ÿ”Š๐Ÿ”Š

I missed the #ttt entry last week. A pure incident of attending too much hive contests mixed with exhaustion from the tiresome non-hive activities. (School ๐Ÿ˜ญ)

Regardless, today was a bit less hectic, so I was able to get a post down today.
Regardless, this week I've been opportune to hear a new batch of songs, songs that need strong voices and vocals to sing.

At The Top of My Voice

There are songs that have strong high vocals, this bits of the songs, when sung perfectly, sung loudly, leaves the listener in a state of excitement, hairs on end and hearts racing....

- Beautiful Things ~ Benson Boon

This is a song that has been trending this last week due to a TikTok challenge of children singing it.
In this song, Benson sings about a girl he met. How she's the most beautiful thing he's ever had and is afraid to lose her.
In his words....

โ€œYeah, it was inspired by a relationship that I had just gotten into โ€” for the first time in my life, I felt like I was extremely out of control of the way this relationship would turn out. Meaning like, in the past, I feel like Iโ€™ve always known that I could be the one to end a relationship.โ€-Benson Boone to Billboard

His beautiful vocals, the shouting on the chorus adds emotion to the song, giving its words such a chilling feel of desperation.

- Happier ~ Marshmallow ft Bastille

This is one old song that always brings a smile to my face.
It talks about a failing relationship. The Character notes all their flaws and tries to at least makes his partner happy, although he realizes that the only way to make her truly happy is to leave her.

The video is a bit different in context though, it shows the power of friendship and how painful it is to lose a true friend.
Either ways, the shouting in the high notes and vocals were spot on in the songโœจ

- Before You Go ~ Lewis Capaldi

This is no song that needs introduction.
Coming out with "Someone You Loved" it's known as one of the songs that helped catapult Lewis to the spotlight.
In this song, like most of his songs, Lewis talks about a girl, yet here's the twist.
Instead of a normal failed love story, Lewis talks about a girl who committed suicide and he, being her friend who she left behind is riddled with regret.
He claims responsibility for not being a better friend and wondering if he could have done things better.
It's a moving song, where the screaming in the chorus, coupled with his amazing vocals made it even more emotional..๐Ÿ˜ข

That's my entry to #ttt hosted by @ablaze.
Screaming Songs seem to go great with emotional tunes.
Just a way to let your heart out๐Ÿ˜ƒ

See Y'all Next Week
