Friends,

Today I am going to present a nice but different kind of recipe. You see, now our country is on holiday due to festivals and since it is a holiday, not all things are available in the market properly. Fish in particular are hardly available now, and what may be available may be refrigerated or frozen, but not fresh.

And so on holidays like this we try to eat a little different kind of recipe. For example, dried fish, which is available in the market for twelve months and tastes much better to eat. Moreover, dry fruits contain a lot of vitamins, which are very important for us. Especially in order to maintain good physical health, we should eat regular dry food, but we must eat good and healthy dry food.

However, we should be a little careful when eating dried fish, because if dried fish is not dried in a healthy way, it can be harmful for us. Dried fish should be purchased after looking for this and making sure well. So that it does not become a cause of loss for us.

Today I’m going to present one of my favorite dried fish recipes, but I’ve added a few more items to this dried fish, such as Jackfruit seeds, Amaranth, to make the cooking more palatable.

It looks as if you used the garlic whole. Here in Nigeria, we grate it first. I know the taste will be great. Thanks for sharing at least I learnt that I can use my garlic in whole without having to grate it.
