Friday Special - Different Flavor Spinach Puri



Friends, Happy Friday everyone.

Today was a beautiful day because today's atmosphere was much better. Of course, there was another reason and that is that Friday means our weekend. Honestly, weekends are special days for me, because the office is closed and I get a chance to enjoy the day with my family. One of the most interesting and enjoyable days for me is this weekend.

So, I enjoyed today very well, spent some great moments with all the family. I always try to make special days more special. And that's why I try to make delicious recipes as well as spending quality time with my family. Did the same today and enjoyed it with everyone.

In our region we like to eat a little more fried things or worse. So I tried to make a similar recipe a little differently. And because of the difference, the attraction of all the family towards it was a little more. To be honest, the recipe tastes good to me too.

There is one more thing here, children don't really like vegetables much, they prefer fried or crispy food. But keeping in mind the health and nutrition, Amod has to make a slightly different recipe. So, today's recipe is a favorite for kids and will encourage them to eat vegetables.

What I used in the recipe-

  • 500 grams spinach paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 teaspoons of onion, green chillies and garlic paste
  • 8 teaspoons of oil.

Preparation phase-

First, I boiled the vegetables with water. Then I made a paste of the boiled vegetables.

Then I took 8 green chillies, two onions and one garlic and made a paste of them. From where I will use three teaspoons of paste later.

Then I took vegetable paste in a bowl, mixed it with flour, salt, Ajwain, onion, green chilli and garlic paste.

Then mix it again with two teaspoons of oil and make yeast. Covered for ten minutes after yeast.

Then I took a small amount of yeast and made small rounds into puri shapes.

Then I put a pan on the stove and heat the oil and fry the round shaped yeasts in it. I took it down after frying well.

Ready to taste our different recipe, spinach puri that kids love to eat. We can make children interested in vegetables or spinach by making different recipes like this.
