My Tuesday Cooking - Cauliflower and potato bhaji



Friends, Happy Tuesday everyone.

Today was a beautiful day, the weather was much better but the better news is that today the roads of our city were quite empty, no traffic jam at all. Of course, there is a reason for this, tomorrow is a religious holiday in our country, plus many people took Thursday off and went home, due to which the city was relatively empty.

Sometimes it happens that if there is a holiday at the end of the week, many people take extra leave and try to enjoy more than one day off at the same time. As a result, the city becomes relatively empty and there is much less traffic in the city than on a normal day.

Today I will share one of my favorite recipes, honestly one of my favorite winter vegetable recipes. I love both Cabbage and Cauliflower. Besides, potatoes or other vegetables can be added to them to make a delicious dish. I try to make the most of this opportunity in winter.

Today I added potatoes and onion leaves to the cauliflower, due to which the bhaji was a bit more flavorful. This type of bhaji tastes great for breakfast, I like it especially with flour bread. And the taste doubles with hot rice. Hope you like my cauliflower bhaji today.

Recipe Ingredients-

  • Cauliflower
  • Potatoes
  • Onion leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Raw chilies
  • Onion
  • Turmeric powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • salt
  • Oil.

Preparation phase-

First, I put oil in a pan on the stove, when the oil is hot, I lightly fry chopped onions and green chillies.

Then I sliced the potato and cauliflower, then mixed it with onion leaves and covered it for some time with a lid.

Then I chopped the coriander leaves and cooked it for some more time and took it out for serving.

Today's tasty cauliflower bhaji is ready to serve, this type of bhaji is always delicious and is best served with hot rice or flour bread.

See even the simplest dishes are sometimes much tastier, if everything is given in the right amount and cooked in the right way. We try to be a little more careful while cooking for this reason, so that the cooking can be done properly.
