Rising Star Profile

I'm continuing to see solid growth in my account. While my level is very slow to increase, and my rank is slowly decreasing I am still very happy with my progress. My focus is not been on rank or experience. My focus has been more on trying to grow my fan base to a level that allows me to earn more so I can keep reinvesting each week.

The only concern I have is the number of fans I'm adding and emissions I'm running have eaten away a significant portion of my ego buffer. It appears I'll have to start running multiple music lessons a day to try to stay ahead of the curve and allow myself to keep buying fans.

Is the price of Starbucks continues to be significantly depressed from historical heights, I've decided that it's not worth trying to extract in the income from the game and it'll be better off growing my account to become a higher earner. I would love to get back to the days of where 10,000 Starbucks was equal to three hive, but I guess that might have been back when Hive was 10 cents. Right now where it takes 30,000 Starbucks to equal a hive I think I'm better off just building my account to earn more. I hope this is the floor and that the price can continue to decline but until the market corrects itself, and we have more Starbucks thanks I think this is where we're going to be. We also might have an issue with just too many people earning and I fear there might be adjustments down the road to the calculations so that we all earn less to help fight the inflation. I can see where we start to get taxes, or fees kind of like the dCity game system to help fight inflation.

Card Buying Binge 260+ StarBits

image.png

That's a pretty good total for just about a week. I was able to spend $260,000 Star bits back into the game to buy more fans. That's rolling everything I could, and then a little bit more that I was able to withdraw again.

Adding 4,000 fans he's my biggest single week ad. That's two to three times as big as I was adding just a month or two ago. Deciding to focus 100% on fans and stop wearing about unique cards or ranking has really helped me grow my accounts earning potential. While my ranking has slipped, it is allowed me to earn more and to keep rolling more and more earnings back into my fan and account base which should only help me down the road when I'll be able to afford to spend more on uniques and ranking if I so choose.

Those are so pretty fortunate that when adding the 4000 fans I was able to largely offset the additional fans with additional skills. While not a perfect offset it was pretty close and only eroded about 1,000 from my skill greater than fan base ego buffer. Well I didn't really add any unique cards this time around the cards were fairly balanced and give me a nice mix of fans income modifier skill and luck.

Next Buys - Growing my Fan Base to 100k

I'm going to continue to spend every star bit I earn on increasing my fan base until I hit at least 100,000. That's 23,000 more fans at a base level before I start to look at doing something different. If I can make it that far before adding any more drums I most likely will although I fear I will start to lose the ego race and need to flip focus for a week or two and buy drums and do music lessons to help get a bigger lead back on my ego. At 100,000 fans I'm hoping to be able to spend $300,000 a week on packs or cards off the market.

I guess at this point in my gameplay I don't see much benefit to trying to increase my rank other than unlocking additional missions of shorter duration for larger payouts. Well that would actually really help me earn more, it's not worth me spending hundreds of Hive on a XP booster. I guess I'll just get there in time as I grind out the experience permission.

After my fans 100,000, I think I might focus on my music lesson to see if I can boost the top level of earning to be at least a thousand skill permission. I think that'll help boost my overall skill, and reduced the number of missions I need to run to help maintain the edge. I know this will be an area that continued to need to focus on as I play as each bump up in earnings you take, the eagle also rises then you're in a constant battle to keep an edge.

From what I've seen the game mechanics are really well balanced to make sure you can't just earn without reinvesting in different cards to continue to grow your band and your fan base. I think I would be much better off if I'd been more focused early on at on account growth, versus ranking and uniques.

Thoughts and Comments

Let me know what you think I should do next, or how to improve my band better. I got PIZZA, LUV to tip if they are working.

What approach are you taking to build your band, are you buying packs or buying singles off the market. Are you still chasing the leaderboard or if you decided to focus inward like I am.
