When travelling and walking around it is always good to find a good place for a break, maybe a coffee, a coctail or even a nice lunch or dinner.
Balans Soho Society have been around for a long time and it is always a nice place for that stop.
Visit different ones
I have visited the Balans Soho Society that is actually in the London Soho area. Always had great experiences there but let's say that I was always with a couple of cocktails in whenever I have visited.
So today I have decided to have a quick stop at the one in the Westfiels Stratford shopping centre to see if the environment would be the same or if I would feel that I was still in a shopping centre.
I have to be honest and say that I feel transported to a whole different world and it is very nice to be in here. The staff is nice even if they for sure are exhausted because they might have been working a lot due to the "eat out, to help out" Government initiative.
Prices
This is something that is important and we always should think about. Let me tell You that Balans it is in average a little bit more expensive than the average place.
You can find other restaurants/coffee shops/bars that offer very similar experiences for a cheaper price. But if You have that extra that You can spend it is very nice.
Take Your time
My recommendation on a visit to Balans when in London is to do it with time, a good company or even Your laptop if You need to get some work done. Who doesn't like to have a cocktail while getting some work done?
The reason I am not having one right now it is because I will be starting at work in one hour.
