Corona Virus Quarantine transformed my best friend in a Gourmet Chef

Nothing fancy but since we have time and food we decided to make the best of it.

My best friend have always been a great cook but now he is taking it the next level with an awesome plating.

It is always fun to be at the table with the ones You Love and a nice plate of food. After this quarantine I will be a couple of kilos heavier for sure.

Apparently this situation We all were forced into transformed my blog in a food blog. Hope You guys don't mind and have been enjoying it.

For lunch we had vegetarian fish cakes in a bed of roasted potatos and mixed vegetables (mushrooms, asparagus and broccoli) topped with creamed spinach.

It was delicious.

I was supposed to have a dinner to share with You as well but we got so hungry that I have totally forgot to take some photos before we attack the food.

There will be more tomorrow.
