Butterfly

Since my environment is surrounded with bushes I have that opportunity to see different types of insects. Butterflies are all over with different colours' sizes and breeds.

Today I tried taking a picture of a big butterfly that was hanging on the ceiling it took me time to be able to get few shots because the butterfly kept on moving from one place to the other Nd eventually it flew to the top of the roof and that ended the photoshoot.

Even the great fighter Muhammad Ali once said fly like a butterfly sting like a bee. Butterflies can most times be hard to catch especially when fast they move in a zigzag way that makes it difficult for a person to catch.

The pictures were taken by me with my Samsung Galaxy A30s

Great pictures of this beautiful moth, I'm pretty sure it belongs to the genus Epiphora, but I couldn't be sure of its species, maybe it's a variable specimen of E. intermedia--- Good record!.... Congratulations!

Nothing in particular, but I've been taking pictures of some insects for quite a few years... And this moth looks a lot like some of the ones we have here in Venezuela... So, it was relatively easy to determine the genus by doing a couple of searches in specialized pages... Thanks again for sharing photos of this beautiful species!.... Greetings!
