It Was my second week at my new job. My Boss told me that the CEO of the office in front of our office belongs to your country, Pakistan, who owns one of the Nordic leading online mobile accessories stores. Since we provide digital marketing services, he wants to schedule a meeting with me.

First Impression

My first impression was not good. The reason for this was that in my 18 -year -old working career in Sweden, I did not find any reasonable Pakistani businessman who understands online marketing or investing in digital marketing.

Most entrepreneurs invest all their money without estimating the marketing budget. Well! This is a broad topic that I will discuss at another time.

Misconception

But Rashid Wariach, CEO The Mobile Store broke my eighteen -year -old record. However, despite two long official meetings, we were not able to sign any contract, but in these meetings I realised that he is not a person who relies on traditional marketing. For the growth of his business he wanted to use all the trendy digital tools and he was using too.

Contract

After six months we had another meeting and we started providing our services to the mobile stores. In this way I have had the opportunity to work with Rashid Wariach.

Jingel Proposal

Shortly afterwards I suggested the management make a brand jingel, the management liked my idea, which they immediately agreed. And then I contacted Bobby. Bobby is an awesome singer and a great musician. I have done many projects with him. So I am aware of his creativity and work quality.

Bobby was in Spain on vacation, but he received my call. I explained to him about the mobile store jingle idea. I told him that I needed Swedish words like Mobiltillbehör, mobilskal, powerbanks, laptopfodral, kablar etc. Because The Mobile Store deals in these products. Within a few days, Bobby sent me the lyrics on WhatsApp, which was perfect. And the next day, Bobby emailed the music file. After a little change in the music, we recorded this song in Bobby's studio. The entire team of The Mobile Store liked the song very much. Only female participation was missing. Bobby recorded with a female Singer again and thus the mobile store jingle was ready.

Now the song needed a video. After months of brainstorming , I started work on the making of the video and after a few days editing, the company's jingle was ready which the team also liked.

Finally, I would say that I almost never met an open person who is helpful and shares his experience with his colleagues and friends. It is an honour to work with him and I am learning something new from him every day.
