Nice read. When I read your experience in the institution, it reminded me of mine. When I was planning for a final exit from a gulf country, where I was working in a school, they offered me a even more lucrative position. But I was helpless, but happy, somewhere I made them happy and that's why they need me. True being a solution provider is challenging, where you have to sort out calmly.
