What is yoga

I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 0hh:16mm:40ss !

Yoga means yoga of body and mind. This yoga is done through breathing. People do various asanas through breathing to take a breath. The usual methods can be done sitting anywhere.

Doctors, engineers, lawyers and all professional people meet there. Everyone stood there in an orderly manner, tying the sari and fixing the line-file. Their exercise teacher, yoga guru Muhammad Nizam Uddin, continued to exercise different limbs one after another.
