Effects of exercise on physical fitness

I just finished a 2.5km running that lasted about 0hh:58mm:20ss !

Exercise is essential for physical fitness. It is never possible to gain physical fitness without exercise. That's why people of all ages need to do certain exercises according to the rules. Exercise causes various changes in the body which helps in increasing the physical capacity. The changes that take place in the body due to the effect of exercise are highlighted here-

  1. Heart muscle is strong: Sports or exercise increases the blood circulation in the body as a result of which the performance of the heart also increases. Increased performance makes the heart muscle stronger, the heart bigger and healthier. Such a heart is called "Athletic Heart".

  2. Increases the ability of the heart to pump blood: The heart of a normal person pumps 130 milliliters of blood per minute. Increased blood circulation during sports or exercise increases the heart's ability to pump. It strengthens the heart and increases immunity.

  3. Pulse rate increases: When an ordinary person works hard, his pulse rate increases. It takes a long time to get back to normal. As a result fatigue is not easily eliminated. On the other hand, when a good athlete plays or exercises, his pulse rate does not increase much and quickly returns to normal. As a result, his fatigue is quickly eliminated.

  4. Increases blood circulation: Sports or exercise increases blood circulation in the body. As a result, the performance of muscles, heart, etc. is increased and stronger than that of normal people.
