Adventures in Parenthood: Mall Edition

Last Saturday, my family and I went to the mall, and because my baby girl now has a stroller, my husband and I thought we wouldn't have a hard time at the mall anymore.

That's what we thought. Hahaha!!!

Our baby girl sat in the stroller, but she was still adjusting to the mall, she was just quiet maybe because there were a lot of people.

We went to a Ramen restaurant inside the mall to eat, at first our baby girl behaved well in her stroller, but after a while, she started showing signs that she was about to cry.

My husband carried her so that I could eat properly, of course, we didn't want to eat while our baby was crying.

We left around 11 am, maybe she was a bit sleepy.

After eating, we just walked around the mall for a bit, we looked for take home food for the folks at home, I bought some food they could snack on.

I noticed that our baby was getting hungry, luckily there's a breastfeeding station now in malls for breastfeeding moms like me. We went there first because I didn't want our baby girl to get hungry.

While we were at the breastfeeding station, our baby fell asleep so when we went out, we put her back in the stroller.

But after a while, she woke up again but this time, she didn't throw tantrums because she was full and had slept a little.

Before going home, we had my favorite ice cream, since the Chinese New Year just ended, there was a setup in the middle of the mall where you could take pictures so we took some pictures.

I'm happy that now there are three of us when we go to the mall, before there were only two of us but now going to the mall is more enjoyable because we have company. Soon when our baby girl can walk, I know we'll enjoy our outings even more.

What a nice bonding for you guys, surely it will be more fun when she walks, also be more tiring based on experience. hehe
