From the Heart
I'm faced in a situation where I have to choose to lose the ability to lie or to believe everything I am told. Without much hesitation, I will choose to lose the ability to lie.
To be honest, I'm a Virgo and I think I match the characteristics of this horoscope about 90%. Virgos are quite logical and practical and we are super straight. Straight as in we can be kind of blunt which is just giving you the real; we won't sugarcoat things for you. This is also the reason why most people will dislike us because it's not good to be too straight.
With that being said, I am totally fine with not being able to lie. I don't have any secrets or anything that I would need to lie about. I can always speak from the heart and tell the truth; there is no problem with me doing so. Maybe the truth will hurt but would the person prefer me lying to them? I think honesty is the best policy and I don't really see the deep complications for being truthful. If you don't believe so, do feel free to argue this point in the comments.

Aside from that, I think the consequences from not being able to lie doesn't compare to the damage of believing everything I was told. If I had to believe everything I was told, how would I know if a person is lying to me or not. As humans, we are people that need some social interaction with another whether it be online or physical. There's no way anybody doesn't have one person that they can communicate with. How would I know for sure the person I'm communicating with is a friend or foe if I believe everything they say.
People are inherently greedy; this is part of human nature and we can't blame them for this because it's for the sake of survival. There would be some bad actors that would try to advantage of me if they knew I believed everything they said. Not only that but imagine trying to find a significant other to spend the rest of my life with. It would be so scary to have to accept everything they say as the truth. They could say "I love you" but do they really mean it?
Let's not forget scammers that are scamming the elderly or those that are lacking love with "sha zhu pan" scams. Here you may learn something new and you can research about this. Sha Zhu Pan is a Chinese term for "butchering the pig". In this scam, the scammer will grow a relationship with you and build trust which is like feeding the pig. Once they fully gain your trust and make you fall in love (fattening the pig), that's when they scam you of all your money and that's where the slaughtering comes in. These scams are no joke and you may think how can they fall for these scams. Well the people that came up with these scams have made almost perfect scripts to target those that are lacking love.
In conclusion, I think it's better to not lie than to believe in everything I was told. There's a lot of media circulating probably hiding the truth or twisting the truth. We live in a world where there are greedy people puppeteering the world whether you believe it or not. We need to be able to research and decide what is being fed to us is true or not.

Those scams are really terrible. There are a lot of them on Instagram sending you DMs and all. It's funny because they use photos of some models or even actors. Some of them have slid through my DMs. I sometimes play along for the fun of it and when they realized I wasn't manipulated, they delete their accounts almost immediately.
People sometimes lie in order not to hurt others... however, "wala'y aso nga makumkum" (it's a saying in my language.) It means 'no secret can be kept forever'. Keeping a secret longer can hurt the person even more. xD
It really is horrible and there's millions of dollars being scammed :/. Ya well the bad ones are those that try to use famous people lol. The smarter ones will i think will use the not so famous ones. Instagram i think is easier to see if someones fake based on the followers and stuff but imagine dating apps u cant really see who is their friend etc.
Yes it's to not hurt others but they will get hurt anyways if they know and probably worse :P so i dont think its necessary unless like its a white lie o.o its like a girl asking u if they fat like what can the guy answer xD

They have less followers than those they follow... and they often keep their accounts private. Yes, dating apps can be scary. You just don't know what to expect.. though some of them genuinely fall in love. My bestie met his hubby online and they're happily married now.
White lies can be acceptable to some extent... also, I don't understand why some girls ask that question. Is it for validation? Or to make themselves feel good? Or is it just a way to act cute? haha my romantic bones left me... XD

What a coincidence. Yesterday I watched an episode of House. It was about a person who could only speak what he really thinks.
I think both options would be horrible. I would only tell the truth someone could ask what my hive keys are... Also I would get into trouble by arguing with every religious person I would meet. If I would believe everything someone could tell me that I owe them a ton of money and have to give it back...
but what if you chose not to answer. you're technically not lying. lying is trying to deceive someone. choosing to not answer isnt really deceiving anybody in my opinion. it just says dont lie as long as u dont speak you're not lying haha. you have the right to remain silent :P so what do u think now

yeah. this statements seems like you trying to say you do not want to believe in everything that was told to you as it can cause harm but you still keep it over the other choice

I would choose also the same option you selected. In my case I don't need to lie generally so I think loosing the ability to lie is not a big deal for me. I am comfortable with that option.

My weekend time is almost over and tomorrow I need to join University class 😅. Weekend was well and enjoyable like every weekend 🙂.

I think the world would be a much better place if people told the truth all the time. Some feeling would get hurt but if the person in question is a good friend, you would get past that and i think we all know a person or two that really needs to be told something but no one does tell them out of fear of hurting their feelings. Something like a really bad haircut or pretending to like their significant other when in reality you and everyone else thinks their partner is toxic as hell. You can only really let them know how you felt about it once it inevitably ends (haircut or relationship.)
On particular instance in my own life about how honesty would have been the better option was when a friend of mine had horrible breath, all the time. I never said anything because who wants to be told that their breath smells like a dumpster? Well it turns out that he had two teeth that were rotting in the back of his mouth and he didn't know about it because you can't smell your own breath. He ended up needing surgery because of this and when I later told him that his breath was just awful for months leading up to this, we agreed to always be honest with one another from that point forward. It has resulted in me not wearing some embarrassing outfits later in life as a consequence :)
I know right exactly. The truth is always the best but we live in a world full of lies so what to do lol. imagine if our world is full of truth, what we see on news is the "truth" that would be insane. You are right about that too. everyone keeps it bottled up in the end and that's when the lies are all released and boom the relationship is gone. I think the worse part in these is cheating but that's just me.

THen isn't this great that you saved yourself from this o.o but it's sad you couldn't inform your friend earlier or maybe he wouldn't have needed surgery if he properly took care of his teeth earlier. It's great that u guys can be open with each other now. It's even hard for me since im super straight its hard for me to not tell the truth (like the hurtful truth) if not i would just rather not say it i guess.
By the way There's such thing as embarrassing outfits? I think a person is fine as long as they are wearing clothes :'). the most embarrassing outfit would probably be the birthday suit :) if you know this term.
