This is my post for the #threetunetuesday playlist which is a contest hosted by ablaze. Today, I will feature my part 5 for Korean songs! The songs I chose are randomly chosen from my Korean playlist and if it happened to be a song I covered before than I would skip it. Anyways I hope you enjoy the songs.

The first song randomly chosen was Because Of You by After School. I first listened to this song in highschool and I have to say I did like this song I even had the mv saved on my phone. After School is a girl kpop group that ran through 2009-2015 so they aren't active anymore. I would still consider them to be an old school Kpop group. Many of the people that listen to kpop probably wouldn't know who they are. I'm a fan of one of their members, Uee. She did acting as well and the two dramas I liked watching with her in is Hogoo's Love & Marriage Contract.

The song is about a girl that is heartbroken. She thought she found that one true love because of him she believed in love, she had those happy times and she had those sad times which we can see from the lyrics it says I laughed because of you, I cried because of you. In the end the girl lost everything and she feels a bit of regret. This is roughly what the song is about.

The second song chosen was DDU-DU DDU-DU by Blackpink. Blackpink is probably one of the most famous kpop groups of this generation. One of the singers is Jisoo who sings flower which you may have heard from the radio if you're in Asia not so sure if Europe or America plays kpop on the radio. I actually did some research and apparently the title is a popular korean phrase that means look at me / I'm the best. Also this is one of their most popular songs with over 2 Billion views on youtube for their MV. Anyways this song is super catchy and I hope you enjoy it!

This song doesn't have a super deep meaning. I think it's just about a confident girl that wants to show everyone Hey look at me I'm the best. Anyways this is what I think I could be wrong though.

Finally, the last song chosen was Empty by Winner. Winer is a boy group as you can see and besides that I actually not too familiar about them :P except that they are still active. I like this song because it's emo and has good meaning in the lyrics with an interesting background music not sure how to describe it~

The song is about a guy breaking up with a girl. I mean the girl could have dumped him and now he has to get life to being by himself. The guy feels "empty" which could mean feeling lonely and having no emotions which is apparently back to how he was before he met her. All he is left is with memories and he keeps dreaming of the good times but when he wakes up to reality it's all gone. He hopes that he can meet her again one day~
