Let's Make A Collage Contest # 108

Hello creatives on hive. For this week's collage, I made a design of a town flooded with water, and provided an additional image with a mirror reflection of the designed collage. However, the first designed is the collage for the contest while the second is excluded from the collage. I used the gleam filter to get the effect that's displayed on the photo.
