[ENG/PT-BR] Focus on producing and not just winning.

Talking to a valuable member of the Brazilian community (HiveBR), it was really cool to exchange ideas and experiences, in which one of them caught my attention: that within hive we should not only aim to gain more monetary value but to produce content with each increasingly quality and that not being obsessed with financial aggregation can help us feel freer to write about what we really like.

This idea is interesting in my opinion, because I've been doing basically the same thing, just trying to create the highest quality content possible and ignoring the values that each post is achieving. When I say ignore, obviously I'm not saying that we should just close our eyes, gaining resources in exchange for the focused work we do here is something normal, standard, but always with the caveat that it's interesting to focus on improving your content, regardless of whether it will bring more or less return.

Looking for a place where we fit in and still making a good living from it is a dream and a hive goal for those who live it and I found this recently to give you an idea, but even before reaching this point of evolution, I was already keen to to write about what I liked and even though it brought a low return, I didn't care, I just wrote what the idea in my mind and the feeling in my heart conveyed.

So with that, this guideline of focusing on posting about the subjects we like without worrying about the number of votes or values is something that should become a standard among content creators, as it makes us feel freer to create and produce the way we do. as we want, enjoying the freedom that Hive provides us. As a result, there will come a time when our content will be at such an insane level that the values will naturally arrive.

It was great to talk and see that someone else has this mindset. I hope that more people and members of the community also have this way of thinking and acting when creating their content, because this way we will be seeing and consuming only content truly created with the taste and love of its creator, where he applied all his effort and will in production, making every drop of sweat and every key touched have a different, unique and incredible meaning so that your followers can appreciate the finest and purest content.

Conversando com um membro valioso da comunidade brasileira (HiveBR), foi bem legal a troca de ideias e experiências, na qual uma delas me chamou bastante atenção: que dentro hive não devemos ter apenas como objetivo ganhar mais valor monetário e sim produzir conteúdo com cada vez mais qualidade e que não ficar obcecado com a agregação financeira pode nos auxiliar a nos deixar mais leves para escrever sobre o que realmente gostamos.

Essa ideia é interessante na minha opinião, porque tenho feito basicamente o mesmo, apenas tentando criar conteúdos com a maior qualidade possível e ignorando os valores que cada postagem vêm conseguindo. Quando digo ignorar, obviamente não digo que devemos apenas fechar os olhos, ganhar recursos em troca do trabalho focado que temos aqui é algo normal, padrão, mas sempre com a ressalva de que é interessante focar em melhorar o seu conteúdo, independente se isso trará mais ou menos retorno.

Buscar um lugar onde nos encaixamos e ainda ganhar bem com isso é um sonho e um objetivo de hive para aqueles que a vivem e eu encontrei isso recentemente para se ter uma ideia, mas, mesmo antes de chegar neste ponto de evolução, já fazia questão de escrever sobre o que gostava e mesmo isso trazendo um retorno baixo, não me importava, apenas escrevia o que a ideia da mente e o sentimento no coração transmitiam.

Então com isso, essa diretriz de focar em postar sobre os assuntos que gostamos sem se importar com quantidade de votos ou valores é algo que deveria se tornar um padrão entre os criadores de conteúdos, pois isso nos deixa mais leves para criar e produzir da forma como queremos, usufruindo da liberdade que a Hive nos proporciona. Com isso irá chegar um momento em que nosso conteúdo estará em um nível tão insano, que naturalmente os valores irão chegar.

Foi ótimo conversar e ver que mais alguém tem essa mentalidade. Espero que mais pessoas e membros da comunidade também possuam essa forma de pensar e agir na criação de seu conteúdo, pois assim estaremos vendo e consumindo apenas o conteúdo verdadeiramente criado com o gosto e amor de seu criador, onde ele aplicou todo o seu empenho e vontade na produção, fazendo cada gota de suor e cada tecla tocada ter um sentido diferente, único e incrível para que seus seguidores apreciem o mais fino e puro conteúdo.
