[EN/PT-BR] Income portfolio: new goals and a long way to go.

Hive has immense potential when it comes to a way to make us money:

• Whether through hard, focused and personalized work such as creating long posts, making us pay for becoming content creators in the most diverse areas.

• Invest in the different games we have available and thus create a form of return based on Tokens of the games or NFTs.

• The recent creation of inLeo and its Threads, which feature a way of earning with short texts, a very welcome and practiced novelty.

For me, these were the main ways of obtaining resources, whether to reinvest or withdraw to help me with any difficulties or unforeseen financial events I have in my life. Only now, with the impending 3 year mark of Hive coming up in a few months, I'd like to try something new, something I'm sure What many dream and aspire to: create and run a passive income from resources.

Also known as income portfolio from the English income portfolio, I believe we can say that this is “earning money without doing anything”, obviously this state is reached after of a lot of study and investments, so you first do something and then you get paid for that something you did.

We can easily compare it to the action of planting a seed and after some time, that seed becomes a tree, from that tree you harvest its fruits and gain resources from them, whether selling directly or transforming into another product.

So, inspired by a good study I carried out this week and obviously looking at the profiles, portfolios and posts of other people who follow this same path, I became much more motivated to really try to create this income portfolio, as it is something very interesting for me.

Therefore, some of the Tokens that I consider focusing on to create this model will be the ones I will show below, of course today I already have other ways to obtain Hive through income, but I will explain about them in another post.

DBOND and DAB

This project had already been commented on by a valued member of the Brazilian community, @gwajnberg and after a good conversation I decided to go deeper and obtain more information. Therefore, I realized that this project is quite interesting, as it was created by the same creators of Tokens SPI and BRO, so we can already see that the project is serious and they have everything to continue growing with some security.

Its operation is governed as follows: by placing DBOND in Stake DAB Tokens is generated, when leaving the DAB in its liquid state, a daily payment is generated in Token Hive, when making the Stake of DAB is generated payment in liquid DBOND.

I'm not a flowchart master, but it would be something like this:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I said, that's it. So I'm still at the beginning of this new adventure, which is why I have few Tokens, but the journey begins now in this new challenge.

This will be my main investment at the moment, raising the Stake of DBOND as quickly as possible, in the case of this Stake in DAB was kind of unintentional, but it will help as a strategy to also accelerate the gain of DBOND.

BXT

Whenever I used my second layer Token on BeeSwap, I saw this BXT, but I didn't really understand what it was, so after studying it as said, I discovered that it is also possible to earn daily resources in Hive liquid, acquiring this Token and placing it in Stake.

With just 1.64 in Stake I already got a payout of 0.001, which may seem very little obviously, but from what I've read, this would be one of the best Tokens to invest with a reasonable income in mind, in addition to the confidence that the project gives us.

From what I understand, the only way to acquire BXT is through purchase, I didn't find anything anywhere that indicated a profile to delegate HP and get in exchange a payment in BXT, so it will be an investment made only in this way.

EDS

Another one that many probably already know, when you reach 100 Tokens, you get small daily votes on your posts, in addition, there is weekly payment in Hive. It's an incredible and interesting project with many giant profiles investing and believing in it, so it's definitely worth taking a look if you're interested in starting this income portfolio strategy.

In addition to holding the EDS, I have also started to invest in its mining company EDSMM to be able to gradually mine the Token and increase my numbers with this asset. From the material I found in my research, it is a good investment and many people fully trust the project.

This process is also helped by the possibility of delegating HP to the @eds-vote profile and thus getting Tokens also a means of delegation. As I like to say, we have to make Hive Power work for us.

LGN

Lastly, in this round of explanations and objectives, we have LGN, which is also part of Brofi's group, increasing its reliability and respect for the project. I believe that everything shown and created here demonstrates that they are serious projects from people and groups that have been on the road for a long time and that is good for those of us who are just starting out.

In addition to purchasing Token through normal means, it is possible to delegate HP to the @stickupcurator profile and earn Tokens daily, which already helps a lot. These projects where it is possible to put HP to work, in my opinion, deserve greater focus, as I think that by delegation, whether easier to acquire more Tokens.

Também conhecida como carteira de renda do inglês income portfolio, acredito que podemos afirmar que isso é “ganhar dinheiro sem fazer nada”, obviamente esse estado é alcançado depois de muito estudo e investimentos, então você primeiro faz algo e depois fica recebendo por este algo que fez.

Podemos comparar tranquilamente com a ação de plantar uma semente e depois de algum tempo, essa semente se torna uma árvore, dessa árvore você colhe seus frutos e ganha recursos em cima deles, seja vendendo diretamente ou transformando em outro produto.

Então, inspirado por um bom estudo que realizei essa semana e olhando obviamente o perfil, carteiras e postagens de outras pessoas que seguem este mesmo caminho, fiquei bem mais motivado a tentar realmente criar essa carteira de rendimentos, ao ser algo bem interessante para mim.

Sendo assim, algum dos Tokens que cogito focar para criar esse modelo serão os que mostrarei abaixo, claro que hoje já tenho outras maneiras de obter Hive por meio de rendimentos, mas explicarei sobre eles em outra postagem.

DBOND e DAB

Esse projeto já havia sido comentado por um valoroso membro da comunidade brasileira, @gwajnberg e após uma boa conversa decidi ir mais a fundo e obter mais informações. Sendo assim, percebi que este projeto é bastante interessante, por ser criado pelos mesmos criadores dos Tokens SPI e BRO, então já podemos perceber que o projeto é serio e têm tudo para continuar crescendo com certa segurança.

Seu funcionamento é regido da seguinte forma: colocando DBOND em Stake é gerado Tokens DAB, ao deixar o DAB em seu estado líquido, é gerado um pagamento diário em Token Hive, ao realizar o Stake do DAB é gerado pagamento em DBOND liquido.

Não sou um mestre de fluxograma, mas seria algo assim:

Me corrijam se estiver errado, mas pelo que levantei é isso. Então continuo no começo dessa nova aventura, por isso tenho poucos Tokens, mas a caminhada começa agora neste novo desafio.

Este será o meu principal investimento no momento, subir o Stake do DBOND o mais rápido possível, no caso deste Stake no DAB foi meio que sem querer, mas, irá ajudar como uma estratégia também para acelerar o ganho de DBOND.

BXT

Sempre que mexia nos meus Token de segunda camada pela BeeSwap, via esse BXT, mas não entendia bem o que era, então depois de um estudo como dito, descobri que é possível também ganhar recursos diários em Hive liquido, adquirindo este Token e colocando em Stake.

Com apenas 1,64 em Stake já obtive um pagamento de 0,001, o que pode parecer bem pouco obviamente, mas pelo que li, este seria um dos melhores Tokens para investir pensando em uma renda passível, além da confiança que o projeto nos passa.

Ao que entendi a única forma de adquirir BXT é pela compra, não achei em nenhum lugar algo que indicasse um perfil para delegar HP e conseguir em troca um pagamento em BXT, então será um investimento feito apenas desta forma.

EDS

Outro que provavelmente muitos já conhecem, ao chegar em 100 Tokens, você consegue pequenos votos diários em suas postagens, além disso, existe o pagamento semanal em Hive. É um projeto incrível e interessante com muitos perfis gigantes investindo e acreditando nele, então com certeza vale a pena dar uma olhada caso você tenha interesse em começar essa estratégia de carteira de rendimentos.

Além de segurar o EDS, já comecei a fazer o investimento também em sua mineradora EDSMM para conseguir minerar gradualmente o Token e aumentar meus números com este ativo. Pelo material que encontrei nas minhas pesquisas, é uma boa investir e muitas pessoas confiam plenamente no projeto.

Esse processo também é ajudado pela possibilidade de delegar HP para o perfil @eds-vote e assim conseguir Tokens também meio de delegação. Como gosto de dizer, temos que fazer o Hive Power trabalhar para nós.

Por último, nessa rodada de explicações e objetivos, temos o LGN que também é do grupo do Brofi, aumentando a sua confiabilidade e respeito pelo projeto. Acredito que tudo o que foi mostrado e criado aqui demonstra serem projetos sérios de pessoas e grupos que já estão na estrada há muito tempo e isso é bom para nós que estamos começando.

Além de comprar o Token pelos meios normais, é possível delegar HP para o perfil @stickupcurator e ganhar os Tokens diariamente, o que já ajuda bastante. Esses projetos em que é possível colocar o HP para trabalhar, na minha opinião, merecem um foco maior, pois penso que por delegação, seja mais tranquilo adquirir mais Tokens.
