My day with my family

Hello everybody, how are you? Today there's no amazing text, it's just a mention of what I accomplished today: I took the day off to spend with my family.

Sometimes we get into a routine cycle and forget about many things, even paying attention to who is with us every day. So I made a decision to do this and spent the entire Sunday with my wife and kids.

In due course, we should disconnect a little from the world, the internet, social networks. We watch some movies, a special lunch, a good snack, a lot of conversation and affection between all of us.

Having that family time is as important as breathing or sleeping, it's all part of a healthier life. It's no use working until exhausted or your body short-circuits. Family moments are the best to recharge our energies and give us the fuel we need to face the struggles of life.

Olá pessoal, tudo bem com vocês? Hoje não tem nenhum texto incrível, é apenas uma menção do que realizei hoje: tirei o dia para passar com a minha família.

Às vezes, entramos em um ciclo de rotina e esquecemos de muitas coisas, até mesmo de dar atenção para quem está conosco todo dia. Então tomei como decisão fazer isso e passei o domingo todo com minha esposa e filhos.

Em devidos momentos, devemos nos desligar um pouco do mundo, da internet, das redes sociais. Assistirmos alguns filmes, um almoço diferenciado, um bom lanche, muita conversa e carinho entre todos nós.

Ter esse tempo em família é tão importante como respirar ou dormir, tudo isso faz parte para uma vida mais saudável. Não adianta ficar trabalhando até a exaustão ou seu corpo dar um curto-circuito. Momentos em família são os melhores para recarregar as energias e nos dar o combustível necessário para enfrentar as lutas da vida.
