[PT-BR/ENG] Growth of the Brazilian curatorship project.

O projeto HiveBR focado em curadoria e suporte aos criadores de conteúdo brasileiros (idioma PT-BR), teve uma grande evolução essa semana, fruto do esforço e dedicação de seus membros, falarei sobre essas ações no final do texto. Menciono também, que já existem 2 projetos incríveis de suporte aos brasileiros, o @perfilbrasil e @brazilians, que desempenham um verdadeiro trabalho descentralizado, mas com o objetivo em comum de ajudar os filhos do Brasil.

Trabalhamos de uma maneira que prioriza as postagens feitas na nossa comunidade HiveBR e por seus participantes, procurando sempre pelas tags #hivebr, #ptbr e #pt. Membros que postam em outras comunidades também recebem a nossa ajuda, já que avaliamos o conteúdo para efetuar o voto com o perfil @hive-br e assim, com a trilha de curação concretizar o apoio necessário.

Nosso projeto se assemelha a outros como por exemplo: HiveCuba, Hive TR community e HiveVenezuela, onde cada um trabalha a sua maneira. Essas “colmeias nacionais” são necessárias para fornecer um primeiro nível de suporte, principalmente aos novos usuários de seu país, que entram muitas vezes na Hive e ficam perdidos com a quantidade de informação que existe.

Destacando as 2 ações bacanas que ocorreram:

• A organização de uma premiação realizada pelo @luizeba, para os participantes da trilha de curação da HiveBR: [PT-BR / ENG] 10 HIVE em Prêmios para Seguir a Trilha HiveBR! / 10 HIVE Giveway for Following the HiveBR Trail!.

• A delegação de 5.000 HP realizada pelo @wiseagent, com isso, o valor de voto do perfil @hive-br com o VP em 100%, passou de $0,05 para $0,33.

Com o restante dos votos que seguem a trilha, conseguimos uma média acima de $0,70 por curação! Pode parecer pouco, mas para quem está começando, é um grande incentivo para a pessoa acreditar e permanecer na Hive!

Fico feliz em fazer parte destas conquistas e sei que temos muito para melhorar, mas em tão pouco tempo, conseguimos organizar nossa comunidade e evoluir em várias questões com excelência! Meu muito obrigado a todos que estão lutando para tornar a HiveBR maior e melhor!

The project HiveBR focused on curation and support for Brazilian content creators (PT-BR language), had a great evolution this week, as a result of the effort and dedication of its members, I will talk about these actions at the end of the text. I also mention that there are already 2 amazing projects to support Brazilians, @perfilbrasil and @brazilians, which perform a true decentralized work, but with the common goal of helping the children of Brazil.

We work in a way that prioritizes posts made in our community HiveBR and by its participants, always looking for the tags #hivebr, #ptbr and #pt. Members who post in other communities also receive our help, as we evaluate the content to vote with the @hive-br profile and thus, with the curation trail, achieve the necessary support.

Our project resembles others such as: HiveCuba, Hive TR community and HiveVenezuela, where everyone works in their own way. These “national hives” are necessary to provide a first level of support, especially to new users in their country, who enter Hive many times and are lost with the amount of information that exists.

Highlighting the 2 cool actions that took place:

• The organization of an award held by @luizeba, for the participants of the HiveBR curation trail: [PT-BR / ENG] 10 HIVE em Prêmios para Seguir a Trilha HiveBR! / 10 HIVE Giveway for Following the HiveBR Trail!.

• The delegation of 5,000 HP carried out by @wiseagent, with this, the vote value of the @hive-br profile with VP at 100%, went from $0.05 to $0.33.

With the rest of the votes following the trail, we averaged over $0.70 per curation! It may not seem like much, but for those who are just starting out, it is a great incentive for the person to believe and stay on Hive!

I'm happy to be part of these achievements and I know we have a lot to improve, but in such a short time, we managed to organize our community and evolve in several issues with excellence! Thank you very much to everyone who is fighting to make HiveBR bigger and better!
