Some people enjoy belittling others. I believe that this is the only way they can feel great. I used to care too much about what they thought about me, I was worried if they approved of me or if they were making fun of me.

Over the years, the experience and maturity that I reached, I realized that, in fact, my biggest mistake was precisely caring about their thinking. The opinion of these people shouldn't affect me, after all they are small, only in their minds they become big, diminishing other people.

The message I want to convey is that we shouldn't be around those individuals who take pleasure in belittling their fellows. We must have our minds clear and be at peace.

When one of these people tries to step on you, we should just ignore it, let it go. The silence is what breaks them, because when they don't reach you, they despair.

Showing greatness is exactly that: don't fight back, don't fall for the intrigue game, if you're stuck and need to answer, respond with short words, but always politely, don't lose your mind.

Their greatest weapon is when you get lost in their mean words and fight back at the same rate. We are thinking heads, we are evolved and we shouldn't care about that kind of people.

Algumas pessoas sentem prazer em diminuir outras. Acredito que apenas assim elas conseguem se sentir grandes. Já fui muito de me importar com o que elas pensavam sobre mim, ficava preocupado se elas me aprovavam ou se ficavam me zoando.

Com o passar dos anos, a experiência e maturidade que alcancei, percebi que, na verdade, o meu maior erro era justamente me importar com o pensamento delas. A opinião desse pessoal não deve me afetar, afinal elas são pequenas, apenas na cabeça delas se tornam grandes, diminuindo outras pessoas.

A mensagem que quero transmitir é que não devemos ficar perto desses indivíduos que sentem prazer em diminuir os seus semelhantes. Devemos ter a nossa mente limpa e ficar em paz.

Quando uma dessas pessoas tentar pisar em você, devemos simplesmente ignorar, deixar para lá. O silêncio é o que justamente quebra elas, pois quando não te atingem, se desesperam.

Mostrar grandeza é exatamente isso: não revide, não caia no jogo de intrigas, se não tiver jeito e precisar responder, responda com palavras curtas, mas sempre com educação, não perca a cabeça.

A maior arma delas é quando você se perde em suas palavras de maldade e revida tudo na mesma proporção. Somos cabeças pensantes, somos evoluídos e não devemos nos importar com esse tipo de gente.
