Do You Support Paying Money To Get A Job?

Doesn’t it sounds like bribe? Do you consider paying for a job as investment? Would be in many cases. There are many private job ask for security money before hiring employees, how much fair is this? Employers ask the security money because if the employee leave the job at the middle of agreement period or some mistake probably done by the employee so the security money can recover the loss. I think these all are excuses.

Honestly I don’t support paying before joining a job and that's why I don't like jobs where there we need to buy the job. But many people consider this as an investment. I've heard that people pay a big amount for having a full time job and the amount of bribe mostly equal to the salary of two years of the job. So what is the benefit of the job where there you’ll pay a big sum for a secure job?

Benefit is the job will give pension after retirement and will give social status for having a reputed job but don't you think paying bribe for a job is like insulting your guts or ability? If you are a worthy person why you’ll pay big amount for a job? Why don't you launch a business of your own? Here the fact is, business has risk of loss but job has no risk or low risk. Many people try shortcut ways to earn money and giving bribe is one of them.

Giving bribe is like giving appreciation to those people who takes bribe. Its a kind of corruption. If you start your career by supporting corruption, will you ever get satisfaction from your earning or job? When you pay for a job, you officially accept that you are disqualified for the job post. But it surely a good shortcut or risk free investment that many people try. We can't change their mind because they were brain washed. Sometimes having more money could be dangerous as it influence many people to be corrupt. Unfortunately many government job ask for bribe and keep it secret.

On the other hand many private job has work pressure but it doesn’t ask for any security money or bribe, here skill is priority and skillful employees get their salary in a legal way that should be appreciated. Always I believe one thing is that, if a job ask for money to join either it scam or it going to insult my abilities to do a job in a fair way. But unfortunately everyone doesn’t believe this way and that's why give and take bribe culture still exist in job sector.

You may have logic behind paying for a job before joining but it still illegal and insulting your skill or abilities. So choice is yours. Always remember there is no shortcut of success. Most of the job which ask for bribe is scam and you have high chances to lost your money and self esteem. An educated person who have self respect will never support bribe culture but sometimes having family responsibilities insist people doing things they don't want to do. I feel pity to them.
