WHO IS AT FAULT?

Being accused wrongly can be so painful, it will even be worse if you don't have anyone to defend you and save you from the mess. Just like my own case, I don't have someone to defend me that I know nothing about what I was accused of.
There are couple of times whereby I was accused wrongly when I was still much younger like my elder brother taking meat from the pot and saying it's me whenever he wants to get punished. Of course I know it's not me but who will believe or what evidence did I have to proof myself right.

There was also a time like that, Myself and a friend were fighting, but surprisingly when we're asked to say what led to the fight my friend said I abused his parents, that I was calling them names and so he could not take it so it turn out to a fight. That day I just opened my mouth wide, I couldn't close it on time because the lie was just too massive for me to comprehend. Anyways no one believed him because he had been widely known as a liar. I also explained my own side of the story but nothing could be done, the man that came to separate us while fighting only warned us to stay away from it because it can result to something else.

All these experience were just little compared to what I want to share pertaining to when I was wrongly accused big time.
It happened during my higher institution days back then in the university. In my area then, we don't have electricity at all, throughout my 100 level there was no flash of light so what we do is take our phones and gadgets to school for charging. Those that are into the business of phone charging were making there money too anyways, because they usually steal phones in school so some people prefer charging in business centres.

That very day, I was not having lecture, so I basically went to school to charge, there was this guy who sat next to me, because we're many there was usual, but this time, we were charging inside one of the lecture theatres. It got to a time when some department wanted to use the class for lecture, so we have to leave the place for them.
I just unplug my phone and went home direct, because I was exhausted already and my phone battery is almost full.

Few minutes later, I heard a knock on my door, I checked and it was the guy who sat next to me in the lecture theatre, he was asking for his phone, I replied "I can't hear you well" and then he starts getting more serious, he said he asked me to help him unplug his phone when he left to get something, maybe that was what he thought or he thinks I'll help him unplug his phone because we're sitting next to each other, I don't understand, I don't even know he was not there when everyone was unplugging their phones. To make matters worse, he was not even saying I left the phone there, he said I stole the phone, woot 😳😳 who does that.

That matter was not a small one at all, as we later landed in police station to settle the case.
At the long run the police found out I didn't steal the phone, so I was free to go in peace.
I hate it when I'm being accused wrongly especially being accused of theft, I so much detest it.
above all, thank God I was found not guilty and the police did not accuse the wrong person this time.
