Mutter Paneer!
Well, today let's do some Mutter Paneer. This was quite easy to make as Mom had kept some of the stuff ready for me to use. But will still explain the process here..
Ingredients:
- Ghee
- Paneer
- Oil
- Tomato Puree
- Green peas
- Masala Puree
Instructions:
- In a Pan, heat ghee and fry the paneer cubes. And keep aside.
- Now grind onion, cashew nuts, milk solids, salt, sugar, coriander, garlic, corn starch, chilli, cumin, turmeric, tomato powder, pepper, ginger, clove, cardamom and some water. Grind and keep aside.
- Now take some oil and fry the tomato puree. If you don't have tomato puree, you can just grind couple of tomatoes together and the puree will be ready.
- Once the puree is fried, add the green peas and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add the Masala puree that we made and cook.
- After a while add fried paneer and close lid for 5 minutes.
Mutter Paneer is ready to be served!
