I live on the second floor of a high-rise building in Dhaka, Bangladesh . It is not possible to plant trees or garden in my field. But I am very fond of plants, so with that in mind I decided to plant some plants in my balcony. My family and I love to eat spinach so I thought at least some spinach could be planted in the balcony. Today I am trying to show you how i planted Puishakh 🌿 in my Balcony. Let's see the process.

| On the first step I cutt a five litres water bottle with a knife. |

| Now I put some soil on that water bottle. |

| Now I put the plants on the ground. Then I gave the tea waste. |

| Now I give the garbage on it. After that I watered on it with a mug. |

| Now it's time to hang over on the grill. I took plastic coted wire to hang it. I drilled a hole in the back of the bottle and attached the wire and hung it to the grill. That's how I ended up planting Puishak trees. |

I am trying my best to plant some gourds, chillies and gourds in my balcony garden. Hopefully, I can show you some more beautiful trees in the future. I ended here as today.

I see you have malabar spinach there! I'd like to know how do you eat it, I grow that too and I only cook it with eggs like in omelettes
We fry these puishaks and eat them with rice. Besides, I cook and eat curry with fish and potatoes. It is very nutritious and delicious.

It's definitely a good choice - tough, drought tolerant and tolerant of low light too. Nutritious and delicious as well. I love to hear the names of plants from other countries. Here Puishakh is known as Malabar Spinach and in the Philippines, it is called Alugbate.
