Leaving the mechanical world behind and entering the lap of nature 🌿

To escape the familiar hustle and bustle of the city and the confinement of four walls, I dedicated this afternoon to the banks of the Turag River. A world so peaceful and serene is hidden on the banks of this river, which flows along the very edge of Dhaka. If I hadn't been there, I probably wouldn't have felt it.
As soon as I reached the riverbank, a cool breeze instantly took away all my fatigue. There was greenery all around and the horizon stretched out before my eyes, with calm waters stretching out before my eyes. The combination of the cloudy sky and the gray-blue color of the river water created a strange and magical atmosphere. The small green trees standing right next to the river were like a living canvas of nature. Just as you can see in the photo I took, with the fresh green leaves in the foreground and the calm river in the background, this form of nature is truly unparalleled.

After walking for a while along the riverbank, I sat down on the grass. It was a joy to forget the hustle and bustle of mechanical life and enjoy the silence of nature. There was no other noise except the soft sound of small boats and trawlers in the distance. Occasionally, a group of Kachuripanas floating on the riverbed was swept away by the current, which was quite a sight. The green plants and peaceful environment on the riverbank brought a strange peace to the mind. We are immersed in so many busy lives every day, but today I realized anew how much just a little time spent in nature can boost our mental strength.

As evening slowly approached, the sky began to change color. The appearance of the Turag River became doubly enchanting in the dim light of twilight. With a sense of peace in my mind and some beautiful moments captured in my camera gallery, I finally made my way home. Such an afternoon is really effective in recharging myself in the busy city life. Those of you who want to go somewhere near the city in search of a little peace can visit the banks of the Turag River.
