Drawing a koala

This time I have drawn a rather sympathetic Australian animal that looks like a toy bear: koala.

Let's see the drawing procedure:

Step 1. The most important lines are drawn using a light graphite pencil.

Step 2. The first areas of the character are shaded.

Step 3. The shading is advanced by making lines simulating the hair.

Step 4. With a dark graphite pencil, make the details such as the eyes, the muzzle and some shadows

Step 5. Details are refined and the bark of the tree trunk is drawn. Done, that's all
