Battle Mage Secrets - Armored Up Ruleset

Good day to you all and I hope that this weekend is going well for you. It's weekend time and I am trying to utilize this time and draft this battle share post for this week.

The current season for the splinterlands game is almost gone by over 50% and it's left for 7 days from now. I have not been able to play more this season because of the new year. I think many of you would be having the same situation in which you did not get much time to play around in the game. I was on vacation and because of this I was not even posting the content and playing Battle was also difficult for me. I tried playing some battles to utilise my energy count but sometimes even the energy was not used properly.

I always say that playing battle is such a fun activity in this splinterlands game and I enjoy it a lot. I think if you don't enjoy the game then you'll not be playing it more and this is why if you like it then you are going to make it so good and you will enjoy every time spent on the battleground. This weekend also I got some time on Sunday that I utilised to play better in the game.

You know what I like the battles even if I lose because when I do not win the battle it's going to be a learning experience. I have completed six months in this game and this journey has been very good for me. I never thought that gaming on the blockchain could be so much fun and this is my first ever Web 3 gaming project. The world is talking about Web 3 and cryptocurrency so if we are part of it now then we should be happy because we are the early adopters.

This time my collection power is at 228K and this is good enough for me but I will look into this. I did not win more battles this season so I know that my reward in this season is not going to be great. I will see if I can take some powerful cards on the rent but I could not check out the market in the last two weeks. I renewed my cards two weeks back and my collection power is not much dropped which is ok for me but I feel the need for some powerful cards is still in my game.

Challenge Rule - Armored Up

This rule set sounds easy but it was not for me because I had to play so many battles to get this rule set. I think it is some sort of rare rule set that is not available easily at least for me which I can say as per my experience in this region. I wanted to write this post on Sunday but could not because I was not lucky enough to find this rule set but finally I got it so here I am to share the post for this rule.

All units get a +2 armour buff at the beginning of the game. Use Void Armor to ensure that magic attacks strike armour first. Use Shatter or Piercing to destroy your opponent's armour more effectively.

With this battle, the ruleset was good and I have played so many battles with this. My card selection was pretty good so I won the battle and shared more about it-

Cards Selection for Battle

I got only 16 mana for this battle which is too low and because of this low mana, I could pick only 2 cards for this battle. Despite taking two cards for the battle, it went very well and I won the battle which is because my strategy and the card selection were good.

I played the battle using Fire Monster and I have a pretty good card in this element but still its not guaranteed that Ima going to win.

I am also sharing some battle snapshots below that I discussed in this post and this is a nice and fun battle.

The battle mana was average which is neither high nor low and I managed to pick some cards that are good for the battle. I would say that choosing the right cards for the battle is crucial and that too based on the rules set.

Conclusion

Every battle in the game is fun and I think some sort of learning that we can grab through some tips and tricks followed by the opponent player. We all like to win more battles but it is not possible because if we win all the battles then what other people are going to do and this is why a winning ratio of fifty percent is considered good. I did not check my winning ratio in recent days but I think it's good and should be around 45 to 50%. Any battle that I lose is a good opportunity for me to figure out what went wrong and how I can improve my voter going forward because this is what I like.
