AFTERNOON OF SHARING AMONG FRIENDS [ENG-ESP]

Life is so volatile that we must make the most of the time we are passing through this earthly world, not everything should be work and work occupations, we must leave a space for sharing with friends.

Whenever we have the availability to meet, we take the opportunity to put our projects and future interests on the table, it has become very common that on Sundays we have lunch outside the house, we have a friend who is a chef and delights us with his delicacies.

However, this time we wanted to pay tribute to his service and so we invited them to have lunch at our home. My friends are a great blessing to my family and we love to spend quality time with them. In fact, at each of our meetings we have come up with new ideas and ventures that we have been developing as a team.

After savoring our lunch, for which I received many compliments, we remembered that my friends had brought something to snack on (brazo gitano and some very well known cookies here in Venezuela called besitos de coco). We are all coffee lovers and I set out to prepare our favorite elixir.

During its preparation we all enjoyed its rich aroma that spread throughout the different spaces of my home, my children were in their room and immediately went out to get their portion of coffee and candy.

We all repeated a second portion of coffee, it was very delicious and the truth is that it was no problem for me to prepare a larger amount because when you like something you enjoy it to the fullest and even more if you have an excellent company like my friends.

For a next occasion I will share with them a special coffee from these recipes that I have already shared with you or maybe I will innovate a new one, Sundays are my most special days and it is where the muse of coffee creativity visits me more frequently.

La vida es tan volátil que debemos aprovechar al máximo el tiempo que estamos de paso por este mundo terrenal, no todo debe ser trabajo y ocupaciones laborales, debemos dejar un espacio para el compartir entre amigos.

Siempre que tenemos la disponibilidad de reunirnos, aprovechamos de poner en la meza nuestros proyectos e intereses a futuro, ya se ha vuelto muy frecuente que los domingos almorcemos fuera de casa, tenemos un amigo que es todo un chef y nos deleita con sus exquisiteces.

Sin embargo, en esta oportunidad quisimos homenajear su servicio y por ello les invitamos a almorzar en nuestro hogar. Mis amigos son una gran bendición para mi familia y nos encanta compartir tiempo de calidad con ellos. De hecho en cada uno de nuestros encuentros se ha gestado una nueva idea y emprendimientos que hemos ido desarrollando en equipo.

Después de saborear nuestro almuerzo, por el cual recibí muchos elogios, recordamos que mis amigos habían traído algo para merendar (brazo gitano y unas galletas muy conocidas aquí en Venezuela llamadas besitos de coco). Todos somos amantes del café y me dispuse a preparar nuestro elixir preferido.

Durante sus preparaciones todas disfrutamos su rico aroma que se dejó esparcir por los diferentes espacios de mi hogar, mis niños estaban en su cuarto e inmediatamente salieron a buscar su porción de café y dulce.

Todos repetimos una segunda porción de café, estaba muy delicioso y la verdad es que no fue para mí ningún problema preparar una mayor cantidad porque cuando algo te gusta lo disfrutas al máximo y más si tienes una excelente compañía como mis amigos.

Para una próxima ocasión voy a compartir con ellos un café especial de estas recetas que ya he compartido con ustedes o quizás e innove en una nueva, total los domingos son mis días más especiales y es donde la musa de la creatividad del café me visita con más frecuencia.
