ENCOURAGING TALENT IN STUDENTS [ENG-ESP]

Greetings, dear friends, welcome to a new tour of my blog.

During this school year I have had to fulfill new roles in my work space and I do not deny that this has been a challenge for me, since I had never worked in the administrative area, but I have always been characterized by challenging myself to improve and to be persevering in the different environments where I work, so step by step I have been complying with the requests issued by the Ministry of Popular Power for Education.

In this opportunity I want to share with you the effective culmination of the second pedagogical moment, specifically the presentation of the training area called "Creation and Recreation Group" or (CRP), in which the students delight us with a significant sample of their progress in the different courses that have been dictated within the institution. It should be noted that this is one of the favorite parts of the students, as they have always been characterized by making and dabbling in new fields.

This is a very populated area and where their main sources of work have been livestock and agriculture of different items, so taking these products and extract from them a portion of its derivatives is an excellent strategy that these groups have been using, here I share evidence of the presentation of some typical sweets of our municipality such as rice pudding, sweet milk and majarete, the boys explained how they prepared it and gave us tasting samples of their good results.

I do not know where you live, but in this area one of the most consumed beverages is soda, so you can imagine the large amounts of plastic containers that can be found all around and this is public knowledge that results in serious environmental pollution in different spaces, So one of the most viable options is to give a second and even third use to these bottles to be recycled and then reused, so the ingenuity of the students was allowed to fly and they developed small plantings of some ornamental plants in plastic containers decorated and painted, all of them made with these materials, which were very beautiful here I share some evidence.

Another of the ingenious ideas that were presented in this activity was the elaboration of fly killers, with pimpinas and a wooden stick, as I said this is a livestock area and these insects inhabit in large quantities when we are in summer time and I will be very sincere are super uncomfortable that you are flying all over the place, so having one of these at home is an excellent alternative. There are so many things that can be reused that if we all learned crafts we would decrease in large quantities the garbage and pollution of the environment, as some girls presented a beautiful ornament with plastic spoons and a decorated box to give a gift.

As good Zulianos we are lovers of empanadas in any of its presentations and as human beings who need to feed ourselves every day it is not superfluous to learn how to prepare delicious potato empanadas with cheese, ground beef, roast beef or whatever we feel like, so this was one of the samples that we could enjoy and taste in this activity, a rich and crunchy empanadas accompanied with their respective sauce (guasacaca), which was worth mentioning gave that explosive touch of flavor.

Creating the culture of planting a tree in young people is something that we should all rescue in our society, there are so many benefits that it brings us that it is a habit that all children should develop, besides the importance of having socio-productive yards not only in educational institutions, but this is an excellent economic strategy that all of us who have the possibility of using it should implement in our homes.

We end this little account with the presentation of the elaboration of braids by some beautiful girls who have made of this talent an art in which they only let their creativity and ingenuity fly to style and decorate the hair, I confess that I have a 7 year old girl and I am very monotonous when it comes to combing her hair, I almost always do a high tail or two buns, so I already contacted them to learn how to make braids and comb my princess's beautiful hair.

So dear friends, for me it was a pleasure to share with you this beautiful stage that I experienced in my workplace, where I could see that instilling in today's young people the development of an art more than a requirement for the ministry is a necessity that tomorrow and even now can be of great help to their lives and society in general.

Saludos, queridos amigos, bienvenidos a un nuevo recorrido por mi blog.

Durante este año escolar que está transcurriendo he tenido que cumplir con nuevos roles en mi espacio de trabajo y no les niego que esto ha sido todo un reto para mí, ya que un nunca me había desempeñado en el área administrativa, pero siempre me he caracterizado por retarme a mí misma a mejorar y ser perseverante en los diferentes medios donde me desenvuelvo, por lo que paso a paso he ido cumpliendo con las solicitudes emitidas por el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación.

En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes la culminación efectiva del segundo momento pedagógico, específicamente la presentación del área de formación denominada “Grupo de Creación y Recreación” o (CRP), en las cual los estudiantes nos deleitan con una muestra significativa de sus avances en los diferentes cursos que se han dictado dentro de la institución. Cabe destacar que esta es una de las partes preferidas de los estudiantes, ya que ellos siempre se han caracterizado por hacer e incursionar en nuevos campos.

Esta es una zona muy poblada y donde sus principales fuentes de trabajo han sido la ganadería y la agricultura de diferentes rubros, por lo que tomar estos productos y extraer de ellos una porción de sus derivados es una excelente estrategia que han venido utilizando estos grupos, por aquí les comparto evidencias de la presentación de algunos dulces típicos de nuestro municipio como lo es el arroz con leche, el dulce de lechosa y el majarete, los chicos nos explicaron cómo lo prepararon y nos dieron muestras degustativas de sus buenos resultados.

No sé donde vivan ustedes, pero en esta zona una de las bebidas que más se consume es el refresco, por lo que se podrán imaginar las grandes cantidades de envases plásticas que se pueden encontrar por todos los alrededores y esto es de conocimiento público que trae como consecuencia graves contaminaciones al medio ambiente en sus diferentes espacios, por lo que una de las opciones más viables es darle un segundo y hasta tercer uso a estas botellas para ser recicladas y posteriormente reutilizadas, por lo que el ingenio de los estudiantes se dejó volar y ellos desarrollaron pequeñas siembras de algunas plantas ornamentales en envase plásticos decorados y pintados, todos ellos elaborados con estos materiales, los cuales quedaron muy hermosos por aquí les comparto algunas evidencias.

Otras de las ideas ingeniosas que se presentaron en esta actividad fue la elaboración de mata moscas, con pimpinas y un palo de madera, como les comente esta es una zona ganadera y estos insectos habitan en grandes cantidades cuando estamos en tiempos de verano y les voy hacer muy sinceras son súper incomodas que te estén volando por todos lados, por lo que tener uno de estos en casa es una excelente alternativa. Son tantas las cosas que se pueden reutilizar que si todos aprendiéramos manualidades disminuiríamos en grandes cantidades la basura y contaminación del medio ambiente, ya que unas chicas presentaron un hermoso adorno con cucharas plásticas y una cajita decorada para dar un obsequio.

Como buenos zulianos somos amantes de las empanadas en cualquiera de sus presentaciones y como seres humanos que necesitamos alimentarnos todos los días no está demás aprender a preparar unas deliciosas empanadas de papas con queso, de carne molida, de carne asada o de lo que se nos antoje, por lo que esta fue una de las muestras que pudimos disfrutar y degustar en esta actividad, unas ricas y crujientes empanadas acompañadas con su respectiva salsa (guasacaca), la cual cabe destacar le dio ese toque explosivo de sabor.

El crearle a los jóvenes la cultura de sembrar un árbol es algo que todos debemos rescatar en nuestra sociedad, son tantos los beneficios que nos aporta que es un habito que deben desarrollar todos los niños, además de la importancia de tener patios socio productivos no solo en la instituciones educativas, sino que esta es una excelente estrategia económica que todos los que tenemos la posibilidad de utilizarla deberíamos implementar en nuestros hogares.

Finalizamos este pequeño recuento con la presentación de la elaboración de trenzas por parte de unas hermosas chicas que han hecho de este talento todo un arte en el cual solo dejan volar su creatividad e ingenio para peinar y decorar el cabello, les confieso que tengo un niña de 7 años y soy muy monótona a la hora de peinarla, casi siempre le hago una cola alta o los dos moñitos, por lo que ya me puse en contacto con ellas para aprender hacer trenzas y peinar a mi princesa su hermosa cabellera.

Así que queridos amigos para mí fue todo un placer compartir con ustedes esta etapa tan bonita que experimente en mi lugar de trabajo, donde pude constatar que el infundir a los jóvenes actuales el desarrollo de un arte más que un requisito por el ministerio es una necesidad que el día de mañana y hasta ahora mismo puede ser de gran ayuda para sus vidas y la sociedad en general
