I don't know if you are singing to insomnia, but I liked how you address that state where sleep is a battlefield that often leads to states of distress. Thanks for sharing. Regards.

even I don't know much about insomnia, but I know what sleep-deprivation feels like - and more than that, the night feels comforting and soothing, so much so that I prefer just my own company and enjoy the time.
